Whether you are a Trump supporter or not, it is important to remember that one man doesn’t make America great. It takes every single person in the United States to make the country able to grow and become stronger.
If you have a policy you don’t agree with, you’re most likely not alone. Research it, research everything about it and how it became the policy it is today. Reach out to someone who agrees with it and see if they can help you see it from a different perspective. If you still don’t agree, do something about it. Reach out to someone in your local government, state government or federal government to take the steps in making a change you think would make this country better. You have the right to do something.
If you are concerned about the safety issues in our country, do something about it. Make sure that you aren’t harming anyone or yourself in any way. Make sure your children and siblings aren’t currently harming or considering harming anyone or themselves. Everywhere you go keep an eye out for anything suspicious. If you believe someone or yourself is about to do something harmful, reach out for help. The president, the police, the military, the medics, the firefighters, all cannot keep an eye on every single person in the United States every single second of the day, so if we all tried helping each other out we would be helping our country as a whole even in the smallest of ways.
If you feel as though your vote means nothing, think again. Every time there is an election, please vote. Research candidates thoroughly, consider what views you have and if you are open to changing them, and what candidate truly represents what you want from your government. It’s easy to think that one vote doesn’t matter, but when a million people feel that their one vote doesn’t matter, that adds up to one million votes missing from an election and a leader that has the potential to make great changes for you and your community and country.
Help this country by taking action. Help yourself, help your family and friends and help your community, because if everyone did that it would have a snowball effect. Each of us have the power of change, and regardless of who is president it is up to us to make the United States a stronger nation.
