What vitamins should I take?

We often disregard our body's needs, especially when we are eating a lot, we think that we have all the vitamins we need when we eat. Even eating fruits is not an excuse to not take vitamins.

Every day the body is producing a lot of natural vitamins and minerals, we also get it from our daily diet, but it is not enough as it will always depend on a person's lifestyle.

Sometimes, having a lack of vitamins can cause a bad thing to health, especially on your mind.

Taking vitamins is a must for every day, especially when you are active, stressed and in need of some type of additional health for the body. It is an essential nutrient, as it performs and acts hundreds of things to our health. Some have their personalized vitamins depending on what their body needs the most.

Vitamins may depend on how often you need to take them, but most vitamins are intended to take for everyday use. Some are doing megadose especially if they badly needed it. Make sure that the vitamin a person is taking is all-natural, absorbed easily by the body and free of any fillers that most cheap vitamins have these days.

Why is it important to take Vitamins daily?

Even a person is having an everyday exercise, eating a healthy, balanced diet but we can't get all the nutrients we need by this, especially when the body has to repair something on your system.

As people are getting old, the body becomes more prone to any deficiency and the body needs more nutrition as not most of the cells are working and producing nutrients naturally.

Vitamins are an everyday must, as it improves the heart's health and people who have heart problems should take a high-quality supplement to make sure that it will affect and will reduce any cardiovascular disease.

Also, it is very important because it may cause a big impact on the long run as most of the vitamins can help regulate a person's hormone and it has a good effect on the body.

Let's discuss what type of Vitamins you should take

One of a good example is Vitamin D, a person can get this natural kind of vitamin when the sunlight hits the skin, however, there's always a time that a person should consider taking it such as the weather like winter and spring, there is not enough sunlight that can the skin take during this season hence Vitamin D is a must. Also, one good example is people who work late at night and sleep through the day; therefore, the body is deprived of sunlight which is a natural source of Vitamin D.

Another example is Vitamin A and C, even toddlers are required to take these vitamins every day as this is to improve and boost the natural vitamin of the body. This is also to boost the body's immunity that often leads to coughing and colds and sometimes flu.

Here are some common vitamins that people usually take and help them a lot.

Zinc has a big role for the body, as it is a big help for the immune system; It can help fight infections and helps heal wounds with cell growth.

Fish Oils or known as Omega-3, it has many benefits in health and also in fitness. It is also a good source of healthy fat such as good cholesterol. It also has a positive effect on the heart's health.

Optimal Vitamin B Complex is another necessity vitamin. Basically it converts the food into energy, it also acts as an important role in the brain, muscle and heart function that a person needs everyday especially when they are not physically active. Do not forget that it helps with the intestines too.

Pyridoxine can usually be found in beans, cereals, meat, eggs and many more. This is also known as Vitamin B6 which is commonly found in foods and is being used as a dietary supplement. It is also used as a supplement for anemia, metabolic disorder and many more.

For people who want to start taking any vitamins, it is better to find what you needed the most and focus on it. It is really a big help for health and might avoid any disorder in the future.

I remember my freshman year oh so well. I remember feeling terrified the night before orientation. The one thing that I dreaded the most was not the new people, the new environment, or even the academic pressure. I was dreading having to talk to sorority girls about Recruitment. I remember cutting off and avoiding any Rho Gamma/Panhellenic Officer that came my way during First Week. I looked at them like they had asked me to cut my arm off whenever they asked me if I wanted to rush. To be honest, I did not even know what rush was, but I knew that I did NOT want to be a part of it. To me, it was dumb. It was a waste of money. It was a waste of my time.

And guess what? I did not rush my freshman year. I spent the first half of my freshman year isolating myself from everyone on campus. I spent all of my time in the library, and then (since I was a commuter) went back home once my work was finished.
