Look, we all get it. No matter what your expectations were, this election and 2016 in general have been a roller coaster of emotions. And while we thought all the mayhem would settle down after the election results came in, it turns out to be the opposite. There is chaos on both sides, with no sign of settling. That's why, when all the headlines are Trump this and Clinton that, it is important to occasionally take a break from it all with some cute baby animals, including a few reminders to take care of yourself if you're having a rough time.
