Most people wouldn't consider this to be a major problem but it definitely became one, for years now instead of burning all of the trash they throw all of it into the ocean now which creates massive problems.

Unfortunately, this is a very real thing that happens marine life all over the world, in the past 2 years they have found dead fish, turtles, whales, birds dead on beaches and shores with pieces of plastic inside of there body that they choked on trying to eat.
