Dancing can improve your memory and cognitive thought process. So next time, if your boss asks you why you're dancing on break, tell him/her it's for the betterment of the job you are responsible for.

It might sound very cliche, but dancing improves the condition of your heart and lungs. So, dance through!

Yes, you read it right. A little bit of dance a day does no harm. In fact, it helps shape your muscles. At least that's better than no physical exercise.
