I Will Always Have More Sweaters In My Closet Than Money In My Bank Account And That's Okay

I mean it's called sweater weather for a reason.

With fall just around the corner and the weather starting to cool off, it's time to break out the sweaters and this is my favorite time of the year.

Now I don't know about you, but I absolutely adore big, wonderful, comfy sweaters. There is just something so wonderful about the comfortability of a sweater. It's like walking around in a warm hug.

But seriously I am a sucker for a good sweater and once fall comes around my wardrobe becomes mostly sweaters. I am always looking for a good sweater and will always buy a sweater before I will buy something else and that is okay. A great example of this was over summer I was in Ireland and went into this knit sweater/blanket store and came out with a hand-knit sweater and blanket and it going to be my new favorite sweater this year.

Now I don't know about you, but I think sweaters are the best thing and I will gladly spend money on sweaters over something else.

Yes, this may sound like a crazy thing, but there is just something so homely about sweaters that all I want to do is create my closet with sweaters. There is never a time where I will apologize for having more sweaters than money because there are just so many reasons to have a sweater or multiple sweaters in your closet.

Also, there are so many way that you can wear a sweater, you can dress it up or dress it down.

You can roll the sleeves, wear them with jeans or leggings, you can wear them over a shirt to act more like a jacket or you can just wear the sweater by itself. There are endless styles and endless possibilities for wearing sweaters, so they are great pieces to have.

No matter how many sweaters I have, I continue to buy more. My love of sweaters is comparable to my love of books, especially because they just go together so well! There's nothing like sitting at home on a nice fall day with a good book, a cup of tea and a comfy sweater.

Overall, sweaters are the ultimate comfort clothing item and that alone should be the best reason to want to have more sweaters than money in your bank account, but if you need even more of a reason to spend money on sweaters, there are so many cute and fashionable sweaters that are out there and if you do a good search you can actually get them for a pretty reasonable price.

So in the end, I am proud to say that I have more sweaters in my closet than money in my bank account and this is something that I am so not ashamed of and you shouldn't be either. So if you have people in your life who give you a hard time about living in sweaters or having way more than you should, don't even worry about it. I mean it isn't called sweater weather just because it can be.

Grey's Anatomy

Even Shonda Rhimes, winning creator and executive producer of the hit TV shows Grey's Anatomy, Private Practice, Scandal, How to Get Away with Murder, and The Catch agrees that relationships with fictional characters are real. In her book, The Year of Yes she states, "I have spent more time with Meredith and Christina then many of my actual friends...When you watched TV, even spending a full hour with Christina once a week, you were likely spending more time with her then you spent with most people in your life. That relationship was real."

Going to the gym and working out on a daily basis (with breaks once in awhile) has been a great way for me to feel good about myself. It is 100% more than just looking good. Especially after starting college and having the stress and anxiety of tests, assignments, and just figuring out my future, the gym at my school has definitely been a place of relief for me and I have numerous reasons of why everyone should push themselves to get to the gym when they can.

Oh college, lovely, lovely college. A four-year time span that is filled with many highs and many lows. Between procrastinating on an essay that is due at midnight to getting your first library card (if you know what I mean), college is a time that you should not take for granted, yet it is also a time where you feel like your entire world is falling apart. It is a time where one day you can feel like you are on top of the world and then the next day you are 500 feet below the ground surface.
