JP Hilsaback Age: 28 Occupation: Firefighter When I see JP, I see a strong guy that is going to be very good challenge wise for the Heroes. He says he is like Jay Starret which really doesn't make a whole lot of sense because of his look, but who knows? He said that he knows there is a time when you need to move forward and there is a time when you need to lay back. This could just be because we are coming off of BB19 where the guy that said this (Matt) turned out to be one of the biggest duds in Big Brother history. Right now I am just very skeptical of this strategy. It wouldn't be a surprise if Matt meets a female out on the island and becomes very smitten with her acting as her puppet. When this happens, it will be interesting to see if people will recognize this and cut him, or wait until after the merge. It really is a toss up. Prediction: Merge

Chrissy Hofbeck Age: 46 Occupation: Actuary You knew it was coming folks, the first red flag on the Heroes tribe. Not that Chrissy is terrible, but there is just a lot of things that raise some eyebrows. She graduated with a degree in math which means clearly she is very smart. However, she then starts talking about how because she is an actuary, she is used to predicting the future based off of the numbers. The problem here is Survivor is not numbers. Sure there are some numbers involved, but the human element is the thing that makes Survivor so intriguing. We've seen numerous people in the past link their profession to Survivor and it almost never works out. I can see her totally not making strong relationships and just rubbing everyone the wrong way. In her video, she talked about how she is one of the women pioneers in her industry, which is all fine and dandy, but she almost got a little preachy on the subject. Bringing in politics to Survivor is never good idea even if everyone on your tribe shares your views. I can see her really digging in her ideals to her tribe mates and getting on everyone's nerves. The Heroes tribe won't lose many challenges, but when they do, I expect Chrissy to be voted out. Prediction: Pre-Merge

Raising the minimum wage to a livable wage would not only benefit workers and their families, it would also have positive impacts on the economy and society. Studies have shown that by increasing the minimum wage, poverty and inequality can be reduced by enabling workers to meet their basic needs and reducing income disparities.

I come from a low-income family. A family, like many others in the United States, which has lived paycheck to paycheck. My family and other families in my community have been trying to make ends meet by living on the minimum wage. We are proof that it doesn't work.

April Ludgate

Every college student knows and understands the struggle of forcing themselves to continue to care about school. Between the piles of homework, the hours of studying and the painfully long lectures, the desire to dropout is something that is constantly weighing on each and every one of us, but the glimmer of hope at the end of the tunnel helps to keep us motivated. While we are somehow managing to stay enrolled and (semi) alert, that does not mean that our inner-demons aren't telling us otherwise, and who is better to explain inner-demons than the beloved April Ludgate herself? Because of her dark-spirit and lack of filter, April has successfully been able to describe the emotional roller-coaster that is college on at least 13 different occasions and here they are.
