If you are in college- either as a student fresh out of highschool, or someone who went back after deciding life required a degree - this is for you! It's the last weeks of school, papers are due, presentations are coming up, and finals are creeping into sight. It's rough. Here are a few things you can do to chill:
1) Drink some wine. Seriously.
2) Get nice and comfortable - wear those sweats you've had one for the last few nights. Put your hair up. It's okay. No judgement!
3) Put on some good tunes that will allow you to work, but also enjoy yourself.
4) Get some sleep! You can't do your best work (or sometimes, ANY work) when you're exhausted.
5) MOST importantly : PUT YOUR PHONE DOWN!!!!! I need to take my own advice on this way more often.
I know the struggle is REAL - but don't worry, it'll all be over soon. I know that is also scary in itself, but you can and will get through it. I believe in you! <3
