Why Supernatural is The Best Show Ever

In This Article:

So here are 10 reasons you should watch this show before it ends:

1. Jensen Ackles, aka Dean Winchester, is the best actor ever

Jensen Ackles, aka Dean Winchester

He is the main reason I watch this show and you can't blame me. He is a great looking guy and his acting skills are out of this world. He is such a relatable character, especially in my life. He is such a badass, yet is a softy on the inside. What is there not to like about this guy. I mean who can't like a man named Dean.

2. About 75% of the plot is factual

Holy Bible

Giphy

A lot of the plot is based on the events in the bible. Reading that I probably lost some peoples interest, but it is actually interesting. This is coming from someone who isn't the most religious person out there and just barely go to church. The fact that they put in the time to base it off of something that a lot of people base a lot of there life and beliefs.

3. They have characters that you can relate your whole life to

Dance like Charlie Bradbury

Don't worry I won't be giving any spoilers, but one of the characters is someone that I honestly even look up to. Her name is Charlie Bradbury and she is such a boss. She knows what she wants in life and she finds ways to reach her goals. She doesn't just settle; she pushes herself beyond her comfort zone for herself and for the people she loves. She is also a total nerd and something that we can all relate to at some part of our life. It's also amazing how she has jam sessions by herself in an elevator!!!!!

4. The '67 Chevy Impala

Baby

Giphy

This is Dean's baby and she just grows on everybody. This car is there for everything and is also the main reason that they are able to do what they do in the show. So there is a high appreciation for this car, it is even noticeable through the characters. Dean treats the car like a child and it is also a beauty in disguise.

5. The Music

Dance like Dean and Sam

Giphy

The music that they choose are oldies but classics. I still jam out to some of the songs they play. Some of there classics are "Eye of the Tiger", "You Shook Me All Night Long", and "Wanted Dead or Alive". I just have now created this appreciation for the oldies thanks to this show and now start to listen to them more and more. I think everyone should listen to some oldies every now and then, which is another reason to watch this show. Not only do you get to watch great people act, but you also get to listen to some great hits. Hey, you can sing along with Dean and Sam if you like. I do!

6. People come back from the dead all the time!!

Castiel was the one that gripped him tight and rose him from perdition

Giphy

This show is always keeping me on the edge of my seat and is always throwing a curve ball at me. I love that I can never expect what is going to happen next, because I feel that shows that are predictable are less interesting. The amount of times people have died and then somehow come back to life is endless. Several times I am thankful that people have come back to life, because the show would never be the same without them. So unexpected!

7. There is even a little bit of drama sometimes!!!

Angry and dramatic Crowley

Giphy

Having a character like the King of Hell will definitely bring about some drama to the show, bringing about endless hours of humor. I cannot count the amount of times that I have cried from laughter because of stupid arguments that are being made. If you need just a little bit of drama and a lot of action then this is definitely the show for you.

8. There is even an angel that takes everything literally!!!

Literal Castiel

Giphy

One of the best parts of this show is when the angel Castiel becomes part of the show and his personality is something out of this world. Taking everything personally and literally is something you never would think could be so hilarious. As the show progresses obviously his personality develops so does his ability to understand humans. But it is so funny how he continues to discover things and how he understand situations or events, it makes you think about how Castiel thinks and perceives everything and how others observe him as quite bizarre.

9. The setup for their home is literally goals

The Bunker that is goals

I have always dreamed of what my dream house would look like, and after I saw their bunker my jaw dropped. Everything about their bunker is theme oriented and organized. From their kitchen, to the library, to their pressure showers that they have talked about; everything seems so perfect. It also has this antique look to it that makes it look so fancy and expensive which some of us want our house to have. It is just such a perfect place to live and would love to have a home that can do the same.

10. Also did I mention that Dean Winchester is really good looking

Hottest Man on Earth

Giphy

I mean I have not seen a better guy. He is the main reason that I watch this show. The looks, car, and humor is enough to make me laugh every episode. I will wait for you to give me a better looking man on this earth.

I think the hardest thing about going away to college is figuring out how to become an adult. Leaving a household where your parents took care of literally everything (thanks, Mom!) and suddenly becoming your own boss is overwhelming. I feel like I'm doing a pretty good job of being a grown-up, but once in awhile I do something that really makes me feel like I'm #adulting. Twenty-somethings know what I'm talking about.

I went to a small high school, like 120-people-in-my-graduating-class small. It definitely had some good and some bad, and if you also went to a small high school, I’m sure you’ll relate to the things that I went through.

1. If something happens, everyone knows about it

Who hooked up with whom at the party? Yeah, heard about that an hour after it happened. You failed a test? Sorry, saw on Twitter last period. Facebook fight or, God forbid, real fight? It was on half the class’ Snapchat story half an hour ago. No matter what you do, someone will know about it.

Chandler Bing

I'm assuming that we've all heard of the hit 90's TV series, Friends, right? Who hasn't? Admittedly, I had pretty low expectations when I first started binge watching the show on Netflix, but I quickly became addicted.

Without a doubt, Chandler Bing is the most relatable character, and there isn't an episode where I don't find myself thinking, Yup, Iam definitely the Chandler of my friend group.

Working with the public can be a job, in and of itself. Some people are just plain rude for no reason. But regardless of how your day is going, always having to be in the best of moods, or at least act like it... right?

1. When a customer wants to return a product, hands you the receipt, where is printed "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" in all caps.

2. Just because you might be having a bad day, and you're in a crappy mood, doesn't make it okay for you to yell at me or be rude to me. I'm a person with feelings, just like you.

3. People refusing to be put on hold when a customer is standing right in front of you. Oh, how I wish I could just hang up on you!
