14 Reasons 'Supernatural' Is One Of The Greatest Shows For Every Person ... Ever

In This Article:

I've been a fan of this amazing show for a long time now. You could say I was a SUPERfan. And I am super duper hyped up about Season 14!

The show has a lot of haters but I still haven't found the reason why! Plus the number of fans and supporters are much greater than those silly ol' haters, they're just a bunch of idjits.

Spread the love for this show people! It's spectacular and worth the time to watch!

So, to celebrate 14, wonderful, entertaining seasons, here are 14reasons why fans love "Supernatural."

1. Sam and Dean are freaking adorable!

media.giphy.com

Okay, if the reasons below aren't enough to get you or someone else hooked on the show, at least watch it for the eye candy! Dang them brothers are cute, hot, hilarious, and super angsty at times. And their expressions are pricless!

2. Oh, did I mention Castiel?

media.giphy.com

Oh yeah and there's this adorable fallen angel too. Probably the most relatable character too, putting aside he's powers.

3. How about the savage female role models?

media.giphy.com

If you're looking for a show with strong female characters, look no further, this show is jam packed with them. Even the female villians are bad a$$, especially my girls Meg 2.0 and Rowena.

4. It loves to break the fourth wall...

media.giphy.com

It's always so engaging when characters break the fourth wall and address the audience. "Supernatural" does do this on occasion, not as much as maybe Deadpool, but they do it and when it happens, it'll always bring a smile to your face.

5. And reference other shows!

media.giphy.com

Now this they do all the freaking time and it is amazing! Dean is such a geek, therefore he is constantly making references, even when the moment isn't the best. And for all the "Harry Potter" references and nerdy references, we've got Sam.

6. It teaches great morals.

i.gifer.com

It doesn't seem like a show that ends up teaching you something in the end at first glance, but once you dive into this show, there are so many little things that you can pick up from the episodes. One main theme is obviously family, as it centers around two brothers, technically three cause Cas. And as Bobby says "family don't end with blood."

7. The actors seem like upstanding guys too...

media.giphy.com

Just watching their panels brings a smile to my face. Jared Padalecki (Sam), Jensen Ackles (Dean), and Misha Collins (Castiel) are involved in charity work and started some of their own like the Always Keep Fighting campaign and GISHWHES

8. And they get involved for the fans!

media.giphy.com

All of the cast of supernatural seem to love their fans just as much as their fans love them, especially J2 (Jared and Jensen) and Misha. They love to interact with them and get involved in things for them. As they did in Supernatural Parody One and Two by The Hillywood Show.

9. It has a little bit of everything for everyone!

media.giphy.com

They've fought classic monsters, new monsters, corrupt humans (that we don't talk about...), and mythological monsters. They've gone back in time and forward in time. They've been cowboys, cartoons, their actors, doctors, contestants on Nutcracker, part of a CSI show, comedy show, and the 80s show Knight Rider.

They've really done it all, just waiting for our SuperWhoLock cross over now.

10. Its got the bomb-diggotiest sound tracks!

media.giphy.com

"Driver picks the music, shotgun shuts his cakehole" and we aren't complaining! Dean has impecable taste in music. For those who love classic rock, you'll find it here. Oh, and there was one time we got some T.Swift from Dean too theres a reason for that...

Dean was turned into a teenager, yet another thing they've done. Poor Dean has been turned into a lot of things.

11. You cannot not love some of the villians.

media.giphy.com

If you're ever walking past two people who look absolutely harmless and gentle, but you overhear them saying "Oh my Chuck, I love Lucifer!!" don't freak out, they're just fans, not satan worshippers.

This show has a knack for making villians like Crowley and Rowena that you can't help but fall in love with.

12. This guy!

media.giphy.com

Okay, Gabriel is my most favorite angel (sorry Cas). He is the "Supernatural" universe's version of Marvel's Loki. He's a trickster and freaking hilarious.

He was killed off and the fans were so distraught that they complained enough to bring him back for another season! So, yeah, very Loki like, faking his own death. So, now the question is, will he stay dead in the future, or will he continue to pull a Loki?

13. It provides gifs for every situation!

Google

Challenge us, I dare you! We will have a gif to meet that challenge. Just look up "Supernatural we have a gif for that Tumblr" and you will see how many times we've been challenged and won.

14. There is fourteen seasons!

Tenor

It's obviously got to be good if it's made it to fourteen seasons! Sadly there's talk of it coming to an end soon, and every fan has a different way we'd like to see it end. But let's not talk about that! Supernatural will last forever (in our hearts and on Netflix)!

10 Signs You Work In A Restaurant

There's always chaos in the restaurant business.

10 Signs You Work In A Restaurant
Brisanis

Working in the restaurant industry is possibly the most fundamentally challenging occupation I have ever experienced when it comes to hospitality and customer service. When you go to a five-star restaurant you expect the time of your life, a two hour getaway, a walk through another time period (rustic Italy, France, Spain, etc), or simply a honeymoon undergo. What you don't see are the behind the scenes scut work: carrying trays, polishing glassware and silverware, kitchen chaos, the list is endless. Now, I'm not saying being a host, server, or bartender is the worst thing in the whole wide world, there are definitely worse things. But the fact of the matter is that it isn't always sunshine and rainbows. In the two years that I have spent in restaurant and customer service, I have spoken my share of expletives, yelled at kitchen staff, and dealt with not-so-happy guests. It isn't easy to keep a bright and shiny smile on your face when all you want to do is choke every person who walks near you. Anyone who has spent even two weeks working in a restaurant understands the rigor and stress that comes with it. Restaurant culture is a tiny world in and of itself that operates on its own principles and creates its own society. It even has its own language. The sayings "runner", "corner", and "on a bus" wouldn't make sense to anyone otherwise. My mother and I both work in a restaurant and the best advice I can give someone going out to eat is to treat us like people. Yes...believe it or not we are people, people. Say "please" and "thank you", or stack your cleared plates before a busser gets to the table. Trust me, the gesture goes a lot farther than you may think.

So, if you work in a restaurant, you can relate with the following points. If not, check out how the brain of a restaurant service (or any customer service) worker actually works. See if you can identify any crazy weird habits your friends have a tendency to partake in.

One of the scariest things we will ever face in our life is going to college. Many of us move away to a new town, join new organizations, and make new friends. We are expected to study, have a social life, relationships, maybe work, and be healthy. It seems pretty easy to do, and in high school all we wanted to do was graduate and move on to this next chapter of our lives. If you are in high school, here are some things that you can learn from before you get to college. If you have already been through your freshman year of college, hopefully you can relate to the things I have learned in college.
