During the summer, it's easy to get caught up eating out and eating all the wrong foods! However, if you're like me and want to experience new foods that are also healthy, here are some super fruits that can be a great fix in your daily diet.

But first, what is a super fruit? According to Natural News, a super fruit has many vitamins, is good for healing and will greatly affect the body's health now and for the future. A super fruit is not only good for for protein, but they also are enriched with great good fat. More fruits contain super fruits than we expect.

Here is a list of some super fruits and why they are good for us! It has several of my favorite fruits. And I am so excited to share about what great benefits these foods have on our bodies!

1. Blueberries

Blueberries are a super fruit because they are loaded up with fiber and vitamin C! Blueberries are also known for fighting against cancer! So if cancer runs in your family, you may want to eat some blueberries this summer! They're tasty and beneficial to you!

2. Strawberries

Strawberries are also another great super fruit according to greatest.com. Strawberries are also great for vitamin C! They also are loaded with anti-oxidants and help fix and re-build the body's tissues that are not to par! Strawberries are also perfect for your eye sight!

3. Watermelon

Watermelon is another super fruit that I didn't think would be a huge one. However, watermelon is very low in sugar. It also has very few calories! So if you're looking for a low-cal diet this summer, watermelon may be the fruit for you! Watermelon also can lower your blood pressure! It can also lower your chances of any kind of cardiovascular disease!

4. Raspberries

Livestrong's website also gives a list on super fruits and and the many ways they impact your body! Raspberries are good for fighting off cancer and are heavy in antioxidants!

5. Kiwis

Kiwi is also a super fruit. Kiwi will help you with all of your digestive issues. It also is great for making you feel full because of it's high fiber.

Clearly, just these fruits will make a substantial difference in your overall health. I learned about super fruits just about a year ago and had no idea all the great things certain fruits can do for you! They are more than just a low-cal healthy snack! Strawberries are one of my favorite fruits and I was excited to learn that they made the list.

So if you are searching for a way to impact your body and your diet for the better this summer, try eating some of these super fruits listed above. You'll be surprised how healthy and confident you'll feel after tasting the greatness that is super fruit.
