The Sun Always Rises and Sets

The Sun Always Rises and Sets

The way life should be dealt with can best be easily described as when the sun rises and the sun sets each day. Each day, no matter what happens, no matter how it happens, nothing affects the way the sun rises and sets.

The sun doesn't let anything get in it's way. It knows it only has one shot to live, and no matter what the weather, good, bad or somewhere in between, the day will eventually come to a close. The sun will set, just to rise the next day.

The sun has seen a lot during its lifetime, and each year, as it goes through its seasons, it never once stopped giving light, and being figuratively happy. And sure, it's cloudy some days, or storming, but the sun is always still shining even though it's not at full force.

In addition, the sun never stops rising or setting because someone thinks it isn't as beautiful as it should be. But, even though the sun doesn't always get recognition, it doesn't mean its any less perfect, so just because you aren't always acknowledged, or your achievement aren't always seen, it doesn't mean you're worthless. Because on day, people will realize you were the most perfect sunset because you rose every morning, and didn't let people dictate how you felt about yourself.

We should learn from the sun, and it's crazy ways. It doesn't let what happens around itself ruin it's day, even if it has a bad day, it still find way to shine and to be happy. It knows, that even the worst days always come to an end, and that it'll have a chance to shine even brighter the next day. We should learn that we shouldn't let others dim our inner sun, or demean it in any way, and even if that does happen, our days will end and the sun will rise again.

Bob's Burgers
Adult Swim

Bob's Burgers is arguably one of the best and most well-written shows on tv today. That, and it's just plain hilarious. From Louise's crazy antics to Tina's deadpan self-confidence, whether they are planning ways to take over school or craft better burgers, the Belchers know how to have fun. They may not be anywhere close to organized or put together, but they do offer up some wise words once and awhile.

I think the hardest thing about going away to college is figuring out how to become an adult. Leaving a household where your parents took care of literally everything (thanks, Mom!) and suddenly becoming your own boss is overwhelming. I feel like I'm doing a pretty good job of being a grown-up, but once in awhile I do something that really makes me feel like I'm #adulting. Twenty-somethings know what I'm talking about.

I went to a small high school, like 120-people-in-my-graduating-class small. It definitely had some good and some bad, and if you also went to a small high school, I’m sure you’ll relate to the things that I went through.

1. If something happens, everyone knows about it

Who hooked up with whom at the party? Yeah, heard about that an hour after it happened. You failed a test? Sorry, saw on Twitter last period. Facebook fight or, God forbid, real fight? It was on half the class’ Snapchat story half an hour ago. No matter what you do, someone will know about it.

Chandler Bing

I'm assuming that we've all heard of the hit 90's TV series, Friends, right? Who hasn't? Admittedly, I had pretty low expectations when I first started binge watching the show on Netflix, but I quickly became addicted.

Without a doubt, Chandler Bing is the most relatable character, and there isn't an episode where I don't find myself thinking, Yup, Iam definitely the Chandler of my friend group.

Working with the public can be a job, in and of itself. Some people are just plain rude for no reason. But regardless of how your day is going, always having to be in the best of moods, or at least act like it... right?

1. When a customer wants to return a product, hands you the receipt, where is printed "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" in all caps.

2. Just because you might be having a bad day, and you're in a crappy mood, doesn't make it okay for you to yell at me or be rude to me. I'm a person with feelings, just like you.

3. People refusing to be put on hold when a customer is standing right in front of you. Oh, how I wish I could just hang up on you!
