Now that we're home from school and summer is starting up, it's time to come up with some exciting plans. Making a bucket list can actually motivate you to conquer your plans. Here are some ideas that anyone can explore!

1. Stargazing

This is a blissful escape from reality that you can share with family and friends, or even try as a date! Maybe even try to learn the constellations and their meanings. Borrow a telescope. Go online and name a star! Grab a blanket and get lost in the sky.

2. Camping

Plan a weekend getaway with people close to you or use it as a way to catch up with old friends who became a little distant while you were away. This could be a good way to reconnect. Tell your stories and make some s'mores by the campfire.

3. Cliff Jumping

This thrill is a little more on the dangerous side, so I encourage that if you want to try this, follow all safety precautions. Plan to go with someone who knows what they're doing or has experience with cliff jumping. Make sure the water is not shallow and filled with rocks. Maybe start by watching a tutorial video to ensure you learn the proper technique, because if you land the wrong way, the impact can cause pain. I suggest starting small. Don't try jumping 30 feet on the first try. Even though this seems like much, once you are positive that it is safe, don't think about it too much and just jump. It's one of the most thrilling things you could do.

4. Visit an amusement park, water park or carnival

Amusement parks, water parks and carnivals create a day full of thrills. Amusement parks and water parks are a good way to keep cool and bring out your inner child. Visiting a community carnival is a good time to reconnect and feel homey again by seeing familiar faces.

5. Road Trip

Save up some money, create some playlists and go where ever the road takes you. Meet some new people, seek new opportunities, go sight seeing, stop at a town and take a walk while maybe stopping by some street vendors' tables. Find a new ice cream shop. Just go out and explore!

6. Take a hike

Hiking is just another cheap thrill that creates a feeling of peace. Become a part of nature for the day. Maybe buy a disposable camera, find a waterfall, mark a tree, see some animals. It's good exercise, I promise you'll feel great after!

8. Learn something new

Open yourself up to picking up a new activity. Do something that you've been dying to do but haven't had the motivation to start. Learn a new language. Try playing an instrument. Pick up a sport. You could even try joining a local club.

9. Visit a festival

Come together to celebrate a common theme. Whether it's music, food, film, art, cars or even culture, it's a good way to open yourself to variety and different people. Festivals are open to everyone. There are tons of different kinds of festivals, just keep your eyes open and attend!

10. Make something

Creating something will make you feel super proud and accomplished! Even if its small, it'll still make you feel good that you took the time to make something of your own. Draw a picture, paint, plant a garden and grow your own flowers or vegetables, make a mixtape and give it to a friend, write, document days in your summer on video.

11. Attend a concert or a sports game

See one of your favorite artists live or go support a local band. Go with a group of friends. Sing along, dance and show the artists some love. Go see your favorite sports team play. Get their merchandise and wear it!

12. Zip line

Experience some breathtaking views from above. Speed through the sky with this exhilarating activity. Go with your best friend.

13. Watch fireworks

Watching fireworks is a summer-defining activity. Get some sparklers and enjoy the colorful blasts with those closest to you.

14. Take a trip with your family

Spend time with those who matter the most in your life. Don't forget that they care and don't forget to show them how much you care. Take a trip as a time for family bonding. Whoever you consider your family should always come first.

27 Things 'The Office' Has Taught Us

"The Office" is a mockumentary based on everyday office life featuring love triangles, silly pranks and everything in between. It can get pretty crazy for just an average day at the office.

When you were little, your parents probably told you television makes your brain rot so you wouldn't watch it for twelve straight hours. However, I feel we can learn some pretty valuable stuff from television shows. "The Office," while a comedy, has some pretty teachable moments thrown in there. You may not know how to react in a situation where a co-worker does something crazy (like put your office supplies in jello) but thanks to "The Office," now you'll have an idea how to behave ifsomething like that should happen.

Here are just a few of the things that religious Office watchers can expect to learn.

High School And College Sucked All Of The Fun Out Of Reading

Books were always about understanding for me, about learning the way someone else sees, about connection.

High School And College Sucked All Of The Fun Out Of Reading

I keep making this joke whenever the idea of books is brought up: "God, I wish I knew how to read." It runs parallel to another stupid phrase, as I watch my friends struggle through their calculus classes late at night in our floor lounge: "I hope this is the year that I learn to count." They're both truly idiotic expressions, but, when I consider the former, I sometimes wonder if there's some truth to it.
