Summer Fashion Essentials

As summer is quickly approaching, it's time to get shopping or to dig out your closets for the season. Each season has its own closet staples that most outfits are based upon, so here are Summer's staples so you can plan accordingly and not forget anything.

1. Bathing suits

While these can be such a drag and an anxiety producer to buy, they are very important in the summer. Swimming and the bean are common summer activities, so having cute bathing suits you feel comfortable in, makes the experience even more fun.

2. Cover ups.

While lounging on the beach or on your way to the pool, you may not always want to be half naked in a bikini, so have something cute to throw over your bathing suit.

3. Flip flops.

These are shoes that go with any outfit, are super cheap, versatile, and cute, and are perfect for the pool and beach.

4. Denim Shorts.

Cute denim shorts that fit you right and make you feel good are super great for summer! I personally prefer the short, cutoff ones, but any style works. Denim matches everything and can be put with almost anything in your closet.

5. Button down skirt.

Whether it's denim or suede, short skirts with buttons down the front are so cute and are very popular right now.

These are just ideas for if you needed inspiration. I hope that some of these ideas helped you to get ready for a fun filled summer!

It's officially December. There is less than a month of 2024, and I still feel like yesterday was summer. Now comes the merriest time of the year, the Christmas season.

Everyone has been waiting for this time of year since mid-October (which is way too early, in my opinion) or before. It's a time of love, family, memory-making, and gift-giving. A lot of times when I ask friends and family what they want, I get a lot of "I don't know" or "I don't care."
