11 Thoughts Students Have At The End Of The Summer According To Buffy Summers

No one understands the struggle of going back to school and classes like Buffy Summers and her friends. The whole summer they are bagging demons and dusting vampires, school is just something that gets in the way. While most of us can't relate to the slaying portion of Buffy's life there are many other thoughts that run through our heads at the end of the summer. Here are just eleven you might be thinking yourself.

1. "Maybe I should not have spent almost all the money I made over the summer..."

2. "I have three days left... that still gives me time to binge-watch an entire show right?"

3. "Why are textbooks so expensive?"

4. "Maybe my professors will go easy on me the first couple weeks of classes..."

5. "I wonder if there will be any cute people in any of my classes..."

6. "Maybe the school food got edible while we were gone.

7. "I'll actually stay on top of my school work this semester... maybe."

8. "I think I only accomplished ONE of the things on my summer to-do list."

9. "I will probably fall asleep in every single class."

10. "I wonder when all my friends are getting back into town?"

11. "Will I make it through this semester alive??"

I've been in college for four years now. I spent half my time as a commuter and half as a resident so I've experienced both sides of the housing spectrum. One thing I've learned comparing the two is that my struggles as a commuter far outweigh anything I went through while living on campus. Commuters have to deal with the problems school brings along with a slew of other issues; I've filled up my gas tank in the worst kind of weather conditions and napped in random places in public more times than I'm proud to say of. This is a list of some of the most challenging aspects of being a commuter.
