My bank account better get ready, because this summer is going to be a good one for concerts.

1. Harry Styles

Those who know me may be saying, didn't you fly to Boston to see Harry back in September? Yes, yes I did. Does that mean that I am not going to see him again this summer in Detroit? Absolutely NOT. He will be performing at Little Ceasars Arena in Detroit on June 6 and country artist Kacey Musgraves will be opening for him. Tickets are a bit on the pricier side (around $100) and very limited on Ticketmaster, so act quickly.

Fox Theatre in Detroit on May 22 and will then perform at 20 Monroe Live in Grand Rapids on May 24. Tickets range from about $25-$45 for these events.

3. Jack Johnson

The Hawaii native's first album in almost five years, "All the Light Above it Too," has the perfect tracks for summertime drives. The ultimate summer music deserves the ultimate summer venue. Jack will come to DTE Energy Music Theatre on June 15. Tickets go on sale on March 3 and will range from $31-$70.

4. Lord Huron

Michigan-native Ben Schneider, who is the main vocalist and guitar for the band, is passionate about coming back here and playing. They also happen to be one of my all-time favorite bands (thanks to my older siblings) and will be coming to two venues in Michigan. This band is so incredible live that I considered getting tickets to both concerts. Catch them in Grand Rapids at 20 Monroe Live on April 20 (blaze it) or at the Royal Oak Music Theatre on April 27. Tickets are about $50 for each venue.

and Tokyo Police Club? Talk about a throwback. These two indie rock bands will both be in Michigan on April 18 at the Royal Oak Music Theatre. General admission is only $29.

I'm serious

There are tons of unisex names that are popular: Taylor, Alex, Bailey, etc. There are also numerous names that are used for both sexes, but they’re not seen as “unisex” yet. People are slowly becoming accustomed to the dual use of these names, but for the most part, in their minds they associate certain names with certain sexes. And that leaves those of us with these names in many awkward situations.

I'm an anthropology major, and I love every minute of it. I couldn't tell you why, but I guess there's just something about studying different lifestyles that absolutely fascinates me. But anthropology majors definitely have our weird sides, especially when you go to a school that is filled with mostly Business and Bio majors. But us weirdos definitely have a lot in common, specifically these 16 things.

Everyone has insecurities, that's just a fact. You didn't ask to be born this way. You didn't ask to inherit the one trait no one else in your family has. And you definitely didn't ask to be this ghostly white. But as soon as you've learned to live with it for a while (less wrinkles later on in life, right? right???) someone has to ruin it for you. They have to flaunt they're perfectly tanned body from Spring Break and hold their sun-kissed skin against yours. But I've had enough... here are the things that perpetually pale individuals are tired of hearing.
