Many of us college students opt to take courses over the summer to catch up with or get ahead on our credits. You convince your friends that it'll be fun and before you know it you're back on campus, book bag slung over your shoulder and tears streaming down your face wondering why you ever thought this was a great idea.
Here are summer classes as told by "New Girl:"
1. "Welcome, class! Are you ready to tackle an entire semester of coursework in five weeks?"
2. "We'll be meeting five days a week for three hours each day and every other Saturday."
3. When the syllabus says you have to read chapters 1-70 by tomorrow.
4. When anybody tries to comfort you
5. Having to make your own fun
6. Even more campus food
7. The Final Exam
8. When you come home and your family asks how your class went
