Summertime is the BEST time to make memories with the people who mean most to you. Schools out, the sun is shining, and it feels like there are no stressors in your life. So make the most of each day and live in the moment. Do something truly memorable that you will look back on years from now and remember the joy you felt in that very moment. What is even better is having a life-long best friend to share those days or nights with. Get outside, soak up some sun with your bff, and maybe take my advice on some of these summer bucket list ideas with your best friend! I could only think of so many things to do that were realistic but I bet if you wanted to go above and beyond there are a lot more ideas out there!

1) See both of your favorite artists or bands in concert together

Seeing your favorite artist in concert is exciting enough but nothing like enjoying that same excitement and joy with your best friend by your side. Definitely makes a summer night to remember.

2) Spontaneous road trip to a place neither of you have been

I've always been one for road trips, especially when they are unplanned (it makes for more unknowingly exciting time). Sometimes not even having a destination in mind and just cruising with some music and your bff is the best. I've always talked about wanting to just jump in the car and go so I need to live up to my actions and just do it. I bet I wouldn't regret it.

3) Camp out on a beach

Being on the beach is so relaxing, but think of all the unforgettable memories that could be made with your bff while tenting out on the beach. You can star gaze, make a fire-pit, and get to fall asleep to the sound of the waves.

4) Watch Fourth of July fireworks

Who doesn't love fireworks? Especially when they are 4th of July fireworks! They're not hard to find, so find a cool spot or a place nearby and just sit back, relax, and enjoy the show.

5) Get meaningful matching tattoos

Tattoos have a distinctive way of showing meaning to someone or something. I think when people get tattoos together its like a validation of how true and meaningful their friendship is to one another. And it is something that will stick with them forever and they will have a meaningful reminder of it everyday.

6) Have a disney movie marathon on a rainy day

I am a big fan of every Disney movie. My type of rainy summer day is to get comfy on the couch and throw on the best DIsney movies with some snacks and your best friend - who won't laugh or judge any emotions that you let out at these animated movies (or will, if they're that type of best friend).

New year, new semester, not the same old thing. This semester will be a semester to redeem all the mistakes made in the previous five months.

1. I will wake up (sorta) on time for class.

Let's face it, last semester you woke up with enough time to brush your teeth and get to class and even then you were about 10 minutes late and rollin' in with some pretty unfortunate bed head. This semester we will set our alarms, wake up with time to get ready, and get to class on time!

And so it begins.

1. Walk in motivated and ready to rock

Camping out at the library is not for the faint of heart. You need to go in as a warrior. You usually have brought supplies (laptop, chargers, and textbooks) and sustenance (water, snacks, and blanket/sweatpants) since the battle will be for an undetermined length of time. Perhaps it is one assignment or perhaps it's four. You are motivated and prepared; you don’t doubt the assignment(s) will take time, but you know it couldn’t be that long.

December... it's full of finals, due dates, Mariah Carey, and the holidays. It's the worst time of the year, but the best because after finals, you get to not think about classes for a month and catch up on all the sleep you lost throughout the semester. But what's worse than finals week is the last week of classes, when all the due dates you've put off can no longer be put off anymore.

Thanksgiving break is over and Christmas is just around the corner and that means, for most college students, one hellish thing — finals week. It's the one time of year in which the library becomes over populated and mental breakdowns are most frequent. There is no way to avoid it or a cure for the pain that it brings. All we can do is hunker down with our books, order some Dominos, and pray that it will all be over soon. Luckily, we are not alone in this suffering. To prove it, here are just a few of the many deranged thoughts that go through a college student's mind during finals week.

I know every college student has daily thoughts throughout their day. Whether you're walking on campus or attending class, we always have thoughts running a mile a minute through our heads. We may be wondering why we even showed up to class because we'd rather be sleeping, or when the professor announces that we have a test and you have an immediate panic attack.
