Summer break is finally here. Either you're on it already, or you're just a few final exams away from it, but nonetheless, it's here. Finally, we can all forget our worries and be carefree for a few months, until the stress of next semester creeps upon us again. We're all having a plethora of emotions during this happy time. Here's summer break as told by everyone's favorite Dunder Mifflin manager, Michael Scott.

1. When you finally finish your last exam and you can't really believe that it's actually summer break.

2. You finally get home and don't want to do anything productive.

3. Then after a while, your parents try to tell you that you should stop watching Netflix and go do something.

4. But then you realize that your parents are kind of right and you really should get out of bed.

5. So, you make plans with your high school friends, who you haven't seen since Christmas break, and your reunion is pretty magical.

6. But then, being with your old friends really makes you miss your college friends.

7. So then you're in this conflicted area of enjoying summer, but also wanting to go back to school.

8. Your parents continue to comment on your poor eating habits.

9. You start to become unbelievably bored again.

10. But then you realize that after all the Netflix and naps you've taken this summer, it's finally time to go back to school.

Have a happy summer break, and try not to watch too much Netflix. And don't worry, next semester will creep upon us again in no time.

Thank You on wooden blocks

1. Thank you for being the one I can always count on to be honest.

A true friend will tell you if the shirt is ugly, or at least ask to borrow it and "accidentally" burn it.

2. Thank you for accepting me for who I am.

A best friend will love you regardless of the stale french fries you left on the floor of your car, or when you had lice in 8th grade and no one wanted to talk to you.

Do as I say, not as I do.

Your eyes widen in horror as you stare at your phone. Beads of sweat begin to saturate your palm as your fingers tremble in fear. The illuminated screen reads, "Missed Call: Mom."

Growing up with strict parents, you learn that a few things go unsaid. Manners are everything. Never talk back. Do as you're told without question. Most importantly, you develop a system and catch on to these quirks that strict parents have so that you can play their game and do what you want.

"Friends" maybe didn’t have everything right or realistic all the time, but they did have enough episodes to create countless reaction GIFs and enough awesomeness to create, well, the legacy they did. Something else that is timeless, a little rough, but memorable? Living away from the comforts of home. Whether you have an apartment, a dorm, your first house, or some sort of residence that is not the house you grew up in, I’m sure you can relate to most of these!
