September 5-11th is Suicide Prevention Week. During this time, high schools, colleges and universities all gather around help prevent suicide by spreading information and ways to get help. Much of these places promote public awareness to self harm of others and around them. Suicide is NOT for attention, people actually get hurt. Suicide claims almost 800,000 lives per year, resulting to one suicide per 40 seconds. As an estimated of 10 to 20 suicide attempts don't succeed.
