Before you start reading, say to yourself.. "IT IS WELL" and smile.

One thing you should know: No man breathing on this planet is without a challenge.

After a long time of depression with tears rolling down your face, hiding in a corner so people don't get to spot your weakness, feeling unimportant to life and its existence, sometimes you even start to imagine and bring up reasons for you to commit suicide.

You know what? For a problem to be solved, we have to face it head on. We have to see the causes of it and get to know how you, as a person, can overcome it. So now, as one body with the mindset of defeating suicide, we will check some few causes

Let us look at the causes of Suicide:

1. Lack of vision

2. Not being optimistic

3. Wrong attitude to correction

4. Not accepting yourself the way you are

5. All forms of abuse

All these causes are not strange, they could lead anyone to suicide no matter who you are. Thence, don't feel bad or little of yourself.

Any day that thought comes, just say to yourself; "This world needs me, It's incomplete without me, there is a change I have been destined to accomplish... Satan, you can't shorten my life with depression. I got a greater and stronger friend who keeps me all the way; his name is JESUS."

There is no situation you are passing through that you cannot overcome.
