It seems like the craze nowadays is subscription box services, and I totally understand why. It's a subscription to a box full of your favorite stuff delivered directly to your doorstep at the same time every month. It's exciting not knowing exactly what you'll get in each box so it's like a little surprise gift to yourself.

As this trend grows in popularity, so does the amount of boxes being created. There's not a single person left out of this subscription frenzy. If you like to cook a lot at home, there's a box for that. Do you own a pet? There's a box for them. Are you a beauty guru? There's a box for you. What about loving video games, because there's a box for that too. Anything you could possibly be interested in, there is more than likely a box for it.

I love Korean culture and I was constantly hearing about all their tasty and interesting cuisine. So my interest in this made me curious to find out if there was a box dedicated to any Korean items. As I typed into Google what I was searching for, thinking that it was unlikely that someone would create a box for my very specific interest, I came across SnackFever. I thought I had found heaven.

SnackFever is a monthly subscription box full of snacks that are popular in Korea right this very second. They offer three different sized boxes at different price levels. These include a mini box starting at $11, an original box at about $18, and a recently added deluxe box that costs around $38. Now, compared to other snack subscription boxes, this is pretty dang cheap. The best part is free two-day shipping on all boxes! You really can't beat that. Another nice attribute is that if you're running tight on money one month, you can just skip that box and pick up right where you left off for the next month with no problem.

As fun little bonuses, they also offer limited-edition boxes here and there in addition to the regular monthly ones and these are themed for a specific Korean holiday, a box filled with just ramen, or even a whole box solely consisting of spicy foods. Also, if you found a snack in one of the boxes, or an entire box itself that you can't live another day without, their website offers past snacks and boxes that you can buy on their own whenever you have a craving.

Not to mention, as of recently, they just started partnering up with different Korean entertainment companies (like Viki and YG) to fill the boxes with awesome swag. Also as of late, they have been doing huge giveaways curated for k-pop fans like myself that have so far included BTS, EXO, and BIGBANG.

Could this get any better? The answer is yes, because another amazing feature of SnackFever is their incredibly personable and accommodating team. They love to hear suggestions from their subscribers on what to put in the boxes every month, and if you have a problem with anything they are just a quick email away. If you like to see the faces and the behind the scenes of who exactly is hand-packing your box, you can follow them on their social media sites like Snapchat, Instagram, and Facebook which they consistently update.

They just celebrated their 1-year anniversary this past July, and being a subscriber since last August, I can confidently tell you that they have come a very long way within a year. So I'm here to let you know that if you are interested in trying some delicious Korean eats for cheap without ever having to leave the comfort of your home, then I would highly suggest you give SnackFever a try. I really don't think you'll be disappointed, and you'll be getting to try foods that you never knew existed and you might come to find that you thoroughly enjoy them.

So what are you waiting for? Join the SnackFever Fam by heading over to snackfever.com and subscribe right now!

Summer: a time (usually) free from school work and a time to relax with your friends and family. Maybe you go on a vacation or maybe you work all summer, but the time off really does help. When you're in college you become super close with so many people it's hard to think that you won't see many of them for three months. But, then you get that text saying, "Hey, clear your schedule next weekend, I'm coming up" and you begin to flip out. Here are the emotions you go through as your best friend makes her trip to your house.

Winter break is over, we're all back at our respective colleges, and the first week of classes is underway. This is a little bit how that week tends to go.

The professor starts to go over something more than the syllabus

You get homework assigned on the first day of class

There are multiple group projects on the syllabus

You learn attendance is mandatory and will be taken every class

Professor starts chatting about their personal life and what inspired them to teach this class

Participation is mandatory and you have to play "icebreaker games"

Everybody is going out because its 'syllabus week' but you're laying in bed watching Grey's Anatomy

Looking outside anytime past 8 PM every night of this week

Nobody actually has any idea what's happening this entire week

Syllabus week is over and you realize you actually have to try now...or not

Now it's time to get back into the REAL swing of things. Second semester is really here and we all have to deal with it.

panera bread

Whether you specialized in ringing people up or preparing the food, if you worked at Panera Bread it holds a special place in your heart. Here are some signs that you worked at Panera in high school.

1. You own so many pairs of khaki pants you don’t even know what to do with them

Definitely the worst part about working at Panera was the uniform and having someone cute come in. Please don’t look at me in my hat.

7 Ways to Make Your Language More Transgender and Nonbinary Inclusive

With more people becoming aware of transgender and non-binary people, there have been a lot of questions circulating online and elsewhere about how to be more inclusive. Language is very important in making a space safer for trans and non-binary individuals. With language, there is an established and built-in measure of whether a place could be safe or unsafe. If the wrong language is used, the place is unsafe and shows a lack of education on trans and non-binary issues. With the right language and education, there can be more safe spaces for trans and non-binary people to exist without feeling the need to hide their identities or feel threatened for merely existing.
