"Has school got you down?" or " do you feel like a failure and can never succeed?"

Well, that is not true, Jesus thinks you are good enough and he will never put you down. Jesus wants you to be successful and will guide you on the right path if you let him.

1. Proverbs 16:3

"Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and he will establish your plans"

This shows if you put your trust in the Lord whether it is your classes or your career, he will take care of you. He will make sure you are on the right path even if you do not think so.

2. 1 Kings 2:3

"and observe what the Lord your God requires: walk in obedience to him, and keep his discrees and commands, his laws and regulations, as written in the Laws of Moses. Do this so you may prosper in all you do and wherever you go"

When you have a relationship with God and commit your faith to him, he will make sure you will succeed in life. That could range from getting your dream job, passing a test, or getting a job, God does not want you to just get through life but to live it.

Isaiah 41:10

"So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, For I am your God. I will strenghten you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous hand"

This verse proves that God is always with you and will not leave you because he is with you, he is your constant guidance. God will always build you up and if you pray to him, he will answer you but in his timing.

I hope these verses will help you the next time you are feelind down or you feel like giving up.

New year, new semester, not the same old thing. This semester will be a semester to redeem all the mistakes made in the previous five months.

1. I will wake up (sorta) on time for class.

Let's face it, last semester you woke up with enough time to brush your teeth and get to class and even then you were about 10 minutes late and rollin' in with some pretty unfortunate bed head. This semester we will set our alarms, wake up with time to get ready, and get to class on time!

And so it begins.

1. Walk in motivated and ready to rock

Camping out at the library is not for the faint of heart. You need to go in as a warrior. You usually have brought supplies (laptop, chargers, and textbooks) and sustenance (water, snacks, and blanket/sweatpants) since the battle will be for an undetermined length of time. Perhaps it is one assignment or perhaps it's four. You are motivated and prepared; you don’t doubt the assignment(s) will take time, but you know it couldn’t be that long.
