You either know someone who has an extremely outdated phone or you are that person who has an extremely outdated phone. Might as well have 2 cans and a string right? When everybody around you has the newest, latest, most up to date phone, it is a real struggle being the person out of the loop with the old iPhone 4. Here are the real life struggles of having an outdated phone

No one ever has a charger for you…..ever

Your picture quality is equivalent to the picture quality you get when you ask your dad to take a photo and he moves as taking it

Actually, you can actually forget about that, because who are you kidding, you will never even have enough storage to take that low-quality picture

4. Those cool, new snapchat updates, yeah you can’t get those because you have no storage to update your phone

5. You will probably never be able to contact anyone and your friends will wonder if you dropped off the face of the earth because your phone will not stay charged for more than an hour

6. When you “accidentally” break your phone so you can get an upgrade but you end up getting the same outdated phone that you originally had—nice try

All and all as much as you hate your outdated phone, you love it, you’ve been through good times and bad, and when it’s time for that long awaited upgrade, a little piece of you will miss it.

Thank You on wooden blocks

1. Thank you for being the one I can always count on to be honest.

A true friend will tell you if the shirt is ugly, or at least ask to borrow it and "accidentally" burn it.

2. Thank you for accepting me for who I am.

A best friend will love you regardless of the stale french fries you left on the floor of your car, or when you had lice in 8th grade and no one wanted to talk to you.

Do as I say, not as I do.

Your eyes widen in horror as you stare at your phone. Beads of sweat begin to saturate your palm as your fingers tremble in fear. The illuminated screen reads, "Missed Call: Mom."

Growing up with strict parents, you learn that a few things go unsaid. Manners are everything. Never talk back. Do as you're told without question. Most importantly, you develop a system and catch on to these quirks that strict parents have so that you can play their game and do what you want.

"Friends" maybe didn’t have everything right or realistic all the time, but they did have enough episodes to create countless reaction GIFs and enough awesomeness to create, well, the legacy they did. Something else that is timeless, a little rough, but memorable? Living away from the comforts of home. Whether you have an apartment, a dorm, your first house, or some sort of residence that is not the house you grew up in, I’m sure you can relate to most of these!
