Strolling Though The New Orleans Holiday Lights

The roosevelt, celebration in the oaks, and other local places light up the city for Christmas.

My family and I wanted to hit all of the popular Christmas lights spots in one night. However, we only ended up making it to 3 of the popular locations. The first location is the rose garden at City Park's Celebration In The Oaks, the second was at the Roosevelt Hotel, and the third was a well known light show at a neighborhood home. We originally also wanted to swing by Fulton street and one other neighborhood home with a light show, but we couldn't reach them all in one night. Here is a video of the 3 places we did see that night. Enjoy!

Ah, yes, good old Hauppauge. We are that town in the dead center of Long Island that barely anyone knows how to pronounce unless they're from the town itself or live in a nearby area. Hauppauge is home to people of all kinds. We always have new families joining the community but honestly, the majority of the town is filled with people who never leave (high school alumni) and elders who have raised their kids here. Around the town, there are some just some landmarks and places that only the people of Hauppauge will ever understand the importance or even the annoyance of.
