As finals week comes (and for some already goes), we go through a week of stress. And with each passing test, the number that results will determine the worth of how we did over the past 15 weeks in class. Here are 5 tips to help you get through finals week!
1. Get Organized
Post-its, colored highlighters, folders- what ever it takes. Getting organized will help assess yours work load and get just helps general stress level
2. Color
It may sound childish... but my gosh I get addicted to coloring mandalas! It’s like your stress leaves your body onto the page.
3. Take a Break
No matter how much it feels like all work all the time, it is good for you to take a break and take time to yourself. Go get take a nap, or get some puppy love to relieve some stress!
4. Find someone to teach it to...
Trying to make sure you have the information down? Try teaching it to someone else! If you can get them to understand it and can answertrheir questions, you’re probably in good shape!
5. Put your phone away
An hour or two without your phone won’t kill ya! You will be SO much more productive if you leave your phone in your room next time you go to the library!
