With all of the crazy things happening lately it's great to take time and relax. Here are 6 things to do when you are stressed!!
1. Pop bubble wrap
Everyone loves to pop bubble wrap. But it's best when you buy a roll that you can pop yourself without having to share with other people.
2. Color
Adult coloring books have been a trend lately, but there's a reason why. Coloring was the greatest time in elementary school and after college classes everybody would love to be a kid again.
3. Bake
Not only do you get to have fun making your treats but you can share them too!
4. Listen to music
Blaring music with your windows down while driving is great and now with the cold weather it's even better to curl up in bed and listen to something more soft and soothing.
5. Go for a walk
Take time to go outside and enjoy the nature around you.
6. Scream
While most times it's best to do something to calm yourself when stressed other times you just need to scream.
