Sometimes stress can be deadly, but for some people, it's actually a motivator.
I'm one of those people. I don't enjoy stress by any means, but it motivates me to get stuff done.
What do I mean by this? Well, sometimes I get so stressed out that I just want to lay in bed and cry, but I don't. I call my mom, talk to her for a little bit, calm down, and get myself together. I can't sleep when I have stuff to do...that's a lie, but still.
I live by this quote: "When stress is at its highest, just know it can only go down." No matter how stressed out you are, just know that it will be okay. It may take a while, but the stress will go away.
I've heard about people killing themselves because they were so stressed out and I just find that so hard to believe. I wish I could've talked to them and understood what they were going through.
Anyway, I feel that stress is a great motivator. In fact, I'm really stressed out right now, but I'm handling it pretty well.
