Stress. Even thinking about the word brings along anxiety. Whether it be school, work, relationships, or life itself, it is nearly inevitable. Fear, worry, tension, and pressure consume your life to the point that you feel like you are drowning in the people among you.
But what good does stress do for us? How are we supposed to give the Lord our all and live life to the fullest when we feel so defeated?
Psalm 55:22 says, "Cast your burden on the Lord, and he will sustain you; he will never permit the righteous to be moved." In moments of fear and worry, we must call upon the Lord. Give your doubts and struggles to him.
Let Him use them to guide you in a greater direction and trust in Him that His plan is greater. The solution to your problems can only be found in Jesus. Does this mean he will take away all our troubles away? No, but he will guide you and help you through them. He will never leave you. He will never forsake you.
"Be strong and courageous. Do not fear or be in dread of them, for it is the Lord your God who goes with you. He will not leave you or forsake you." Deuteronomy 31:6
