The funny thing about letting go is that it can apply to everything whether that is letting go of a boy or girl, letting go of something that made you mad or sad, or letting go of a memory that is either driving you insane or does no good for you any more. Letting go is a step in living a happy life. Happy life as in getting rid of the little tiny things that bother you that do not even apply to your life anymore.

1. Find something else to worry your mind with or think about. Because most the time you are letting things bother you it is probably because you are thinking too hard or too much about it.

2. Give it time. All things fade in time and it is true, but at the same time you have to let things go as well. The things that bother you, remind yourself that they shouldn't bother you.

3. Find a hobby. Make yourself completely utterly busy with something else that you don't even bother yourself with thinking of what you're trying to forget.

4. Accept the fact that you will not completely forget, just accept that and you'll realize that in time things won't bother you anymore. You'll slowly learn to forget the way you felt in his or her arms, the stupid thing you said, or those awful memories.

5. Learn from whatever you're trying to let go of. If there is something good to come out of whatever happened, learn from it so it does not happen again. Accept what has happened and learn from whatever mistakes occured or whatever there is to learn or gain out of the experience.

Everyone has something going on in their life and it is important to take that and grow from it. It may suck no and it will probably suck tomorrow, but maybe a month from now the storm will have passed and everything will be better. So learn and grow and be the best person possible so you can move on from those troubles and never worry of them again. Remember no matter your past you're amazing as long as you keep learning.

Raising the minimum wage to a livable wage would not only benefit workers and their families, it would also have positive impacts on the economy and society. Studies have shown that by increasing the minimum wage, poverty and inequality can be reduced by enabling workers to meet their basic needs and reducing income disparities.

I come from a low-income family. A family, like many others in the United States, which has lived paycheck to paycheck. My family and other families in my community have been trying to make ends meet by living on the minimum wage. We are proof that it doesn't work.

April Ludgate

Every college student knows and understands the struggle of forcing themselves to continue to care about school. Between the piles of homework, the hours of studying and the painfully long lectures, the desire to dropout is something that is constantly weighing on each and every one of us, but the glimmer of hope at the end of the tunnel helps to keep us motivated. While we are somehow managing to stay enrolled and (semi) alert, that does not mean that our inner-demons aren't telling us otherwise, and who is better to explain inner-demons than the beloved April Ludgate herself? Because of her dark-spirit and lack of filter, April has successfully been able to describe the emotional roller-coaster that is college on at least 13 different occasions and here they are.
