Stepping Out Of Your Comfort Zone

Stepping out of your comfort zone and trying new things can seem like a very daunting thing, but trust me when I say that it can be one of the best things you can ever do for yourself. Whether it's going to a new place you have never been before or even being friends with people you never would have imagined. Lately, I have been reflecting in old moments in my life and realized how much I prevented my exposure because I was scared to step out of my comfort zone. Now I just want to keep talking about how important it is to break certain walls/boundaries and setting goals can be.

The best part about stepping out of your comfort zone is the power you feel from it. You are the only person that can know and can control what you are and aren't comfortable with. The definition of comfortability is in your hands. When stepping out of your comfort zone, it doesn't have to be a big major thing. It can be a little or big as you want.

Lastly, make sure you encourage other people around you to do the same! People must know the importance of stepping out of their comfort zones, as well as having that feeling of support around them. Sometimes having a support system is all you need. Don't feel obligated to have to leave your comfort zone, but just to expand it a tiny bit and If you're in a position where you literally cannot, don't be hard on yourself.

Friendship. It's defined as the state of being attached to another person by feelings of affection or personal regard, but what really is friendship? Is it that occasional hallway talk with that one person who always manages to cheer you up? Is it that relationship you have with someone where they can be gone for a long period of time, but when they come back, it's like they never left? Is it spending every waking hour with someone, and knowing every detail about their life? Is it the relationship that's filled with fighting, but filled with even more resolution?
