Starbucks Japan is taking holiday treats to a whole new level.

Even though it's not even Thanksgiving yet, and arguably a bit early to begin Christmas festivities, Starbucks' everywhere are rolling out their holiday offers geared toward the revenue treasure trove that is Christmas. Can't you let Thanksgiving live? Geeze. But I can't complain because the drinks are darn delicious. This year, Starbucks in the US has introduced a lot of new drinks, but can they beat their cousins in Japan?

Starbucks Japan has started rolling out holiday PUDDING. They are small, but that doesn't seem to deter buyers as the creamy heaven-in-a-cup is so popular that it often sells out in the blink of an eye.

Potentially better than their coffee, the popular Starbucks pudding comes in two flavors, Milk Custard Pudding and Chocolate Pudding. The first has a creamy, velvety texture with a hidden, slightly bitter layer of caramel sauce giving it a twist. Similarly made, the latter uses exquisite organic chocolate as a base, with a layer of chocolate sauce at the bottom for flavor and texture variation.

Consumers should note though, that this pudding is slightly firmer than the American "Snack Pack" style pudding. They seem to be like a cross between pudding and flan or custard pudding in consistency.

Both types are 360 yen (3 USD) each, and come in one of three limited edition Starbucks Red Holiday Cups. (Side tangent: I LOVE the holiday cups this year! They are so cute!) What do you guys think? Would you buy one? I know I want one.

April Ludgate, historically, is a very annoyed person, and she doesn't hide it. Of all the times that I binged and re-binged "Parks and Rec," her attitude relates more and more to me.

The world is not always sunshine and rainbows, and you do not have to be, either.

Ask friends of mine to name a quality about me, and one a lot them will point out the fact that I am almost always smiling. I like to laugh and smile -- not to quote Buddy the Elf in April, but smiling is my favorite! It is probably my favorite go-to expression. However, what a lot of people do not see is that I have my down days. I have days when smiling and laughing is a real struggle, or when I have so much on my plate that going out of my way to behappy takes more effort than I have stored in me. Be it a symptom of college and growing up or a facet of life, I cannot always be content.
