It's the best time of the year! Let's be honest, Starbucks is amazing year-round, but its fall line is the absolute best. Waking up and grabbing that grande Pumpkin Spice Latte from Maple to accompany you during a morning packed with classes is the best way to tackle a chilly fall day. But what drinks are the best and are worth trying? Spoiler alert: THEY ALL ARE!

1. Pumpkin Spice Latte

Hands-down my favorite drink from Starbucks. Always has been, always will be. There is no greater feeling than getting those emails from your Starbucks Rewards telling you that the PSL IS BACK! This drink really puts me in the fall mood and gets me excited for the winter days that are coming soon. I prefer mine iced and with almond milk, but everyone is different! Give this drink a try and I promise, no matter how you order it, you will not be disappointed.

2. Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino

I am not sure where this frappuccino has been my entire life, but I am so glad I found it. This frappuccino is more than just your average frappe from Starbs. The Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino has the power to change the worst day to the best in just a matter of sips. Go treat yourself to one of these amazing drinks and thank me later.

3. Pumpkin Spice Chai Tea Latte

I have always been a fan of the Starbucks Chai Tea Latte, but now that they've added pumpkin, I don't think I can ever go back to the original. It is just too good. Before I tried this drink for myself, I asked one of my friends what she thought of the drink. Her exact words were, "It was the best thing I have ever put in my mouth." You heard it here! The Pumpkin Chai Tea Latte goes above and beyond and is the perfect fall drink!

4. Salted Caramel Mocha

This drink just sounds amazing by its title. Salted caramel-flavored things are my weakness. Although I do not always care to have a hot drink, I just had to try it! It tasted exactly how I thought it would: creamy caramel and rich chocolate flavors swirled into a delicious mocha. A Salted Caramel Mocha might just be exactly what you didn't know you even needed!

5. Maple Pecan Latte

I was hesitant to try this drink for the first time. Since I'm not usually a fan of hot drinks, I went outside of my comfort zone and gave this drink a try. WOW am I glad that I did! The Maple Pecan Latte is bursting with maple and brown sugar flavors. It has the taste of one of those fall scented candles, but in the best way possible. I will definitely be going back for more of them.

6. Zombie Frappuccino

Much like the Unicorn Frappuccino, Starbucks has come out with yet ANOTHER fun and festive frappe! This drink is comprised of green and pink powder, red mocha drizzle, and finished off with pink whipped cream! So far, the Zombie Frappuccino has been a hit and has definitely given the Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino a run for it's money! This drink is comparable to a caramel apple in a cup! I'm not personally a fan of apple-flavored things, but I thought this frappuccino was great! I would recommend it to any apple fans and especially to anyone who wants to get a little ~gory~ during this Halloween season! It'll only be available through October 31, so make sure to try it while it's still here!

No matter the season, Starbucks never lets us down. Whether it's an amazing fall drink, a cute hedgehog cake pop or a pumpkin scone, everyone can be happy no matter what they order. Just take a look at these yummy treats!

There truly is no better time than the fall to dive nose-first into a nice book, cuddle up with a blanket and have a warm latte in hand. Don't let time get ahead of you and go try these festive fall treats while they're still available!

Today I started my third week of college at Minnesota State Moorhead. I have survived welcome week, finding my classes on the first day, and being an awkward loner in the dining hall. Even though I have yet to be here for a month, I have already experienced many thoughts and problems that only a new college student can relate to.

"Make sure to get involved when you're in college!"

We've all heard some variation of this phrase, whether it came from parents, other family members, friends, RAs, or college-related articles. And, like many clichés, it's true for the most part. Getting involved during your college years can help you make friends, build your resume, and feel connected to your campus. However, these commitments can get stressful if you're dealing with personal issues, need to work, or aren't sure how to balance classes and everything else going on during the semester.

In college, one of the essential things to have is friends. Yes, textbooks, a laptop, and other school supplies are important but friends are essential. Friends are that support system everybody needs. The more friends you have the better the support system you have. But you also have someone to share experiences with. And don’t settle for just one or two friends because 8 out of 10 times they are busy and you are studying all alone. Or they have other friend groups that do not include you. Don’t settle for just one or two friends; make as many friends as you can. After the first couple of weeks of college, most friend groups are set and you may be without friends.

For a moment your world is spinning. The phone alarm has just scared you awake and you’re flooded by daunting thoughts of the day ahead. You have three assignments due and little time to work on them because of your job. You’re running late because you’ve hit snooze one to many times after yesterday’s long hours. You dizzily reach for a hoodie, craving its comfort, and rush for a speedy exit, praying you will have time to pick up coffee. Does this sound familiar?

Finals week is upon us. It is a magical time of year during which college students everywhere flock to the library in attempt to learn a semester's worth of knowledge in only a week. For some students, it's their first time in the library all semester, maybe ever. Others have slaved away many nights under the fluorescent lights, and are slightly annoyed to find their study space being invaded by amateurs. While these newbies wander aimlessly around the first floor, hopelessly trying to find a table, the OGs of the library are already on the third floor long tables deep into their studies. Here is a few signs that you may live in the library, whether you'd like to admit it or not.
