The 5 Stages Of Finals

After a long semester of grueling tests and boring lectures, finals week, AKA the week from hell, has finally arrived. Get ready to live in the library, shotgun Five Hour Energy twice a day and have an IV drip of caffeine running through your veins. It's an emotional rollercoaster filled with few ups and lots of downs, but hey, it isn't that bad, right?

1. Denial

It feels like just yesterday you started classes, how is it possible that in two days, you're being tested on everything from the past four months? Send help.

2. Determination

As you look at all your books, binders and notes before the final, you're sure you're going to get an A! You go, dude.

3. Panic

After hours of shoving material from the entire year into your brain, it's time for a small mental breakdown followed by the inevitable nerves for your exam.

4. Fear

When you feel all of the information slipping out of your brain as your professor hands you the exam

5. Relief/Happiness

It's goodbye finals and goodbye school until next fall. Time to dance you're way out and pray for good grades.

Friendship. It's defined as the state of being attached to another person by feelings of affection or personal regard, but what really is friendship? Is it that occasional hallway talk with that one person who always manages to cheer you up? Is it that relationship you have with someone where they can be gone for a long period of time, but when they come back, it's like they never left?
