There are some people who like to start and take on the challeges of their day at the crack of dawn. But there are also people who are the complete opposite and find themselves awake untill the wee hours of the morning. For all of you night owls out there like myself, I am sure you can relate.
1. Wide-Awake Alertness
This is how you start out your night almost everyday. When everyone else is losing steam and falling asleep you’re probably still wide-awake, observing and with several more hours of wakefulness to go.
2. Productivity
You have a few extra hours on everyone else, and so you decide to make use of them. People are often shocked at how much you can get done after everyone else goes to sleep.
3. Loopy Fatigue
You’re up so late and finally ready to go to sleep, but it’s just not happening. You think you might be going crazy you’re up so late and you’re not sure you can take much more.
4. The Shortest Sleep
You finally fall asleep and then it feels like you’re awake and having to start the day twenty minutes later. It wasn't deep enough at all and you're not sure you're going to make it all the way through another night.
5. Day-Time Tiredness
You try so hard to get things done during the day, to stay awake and focused, but you got so much done last night anyway that it probably doesn't matter and you just want to get quick naps in wherever you can.
6. Caffeine Dependence
To help fight off the mini naps that keep creeping up on you throughout the day you probably develop a caffeine dependence and you most-likely don't feel like a real person until you've had at least one cup of coffee.
7. The Cycle
After you've acquired your caffeine, you're awake enough to operate once again late into the night and the whole cycle starts all over again.
