St. Patrick's Day As Told By Parks and Rec

We all celebrate St. Patrick's Day differently but most of us can agree that no matter what, it's always...intense. Here's a good representation of our crazy St. Patrick's Day as told by our favorite people, the ladies and gentlemen of Parks and Rec.

1. First, you wake up. It's 7 a.m. and you've only slept for 4 hours so you're a tad disoriented.

2. But you soon recognize that it's FINALLY ST. PATRICK'S DAY and it's time to get excited!!!

3. Now it's time to start drinking. But first, a quick pep talk with your squad.

4. You may even suggest a drink to start with...

5. Alright, it's time to leave!

Make sure everyone has their beads on, and let's go.

6. As soon as you arrive, you need a drink.

7. A few drinks later, and you're having a blast.

8. Throughout the day, you'll probably run into some people you haven't seen in forever. And it'll be awesome!!

9. Or, not so awesome...

There are some people you just don't need to see again.

10. Some of your friends may try to call it quits after a few hours, but you know better than to let them leave.

11. And for the friends you're not with, you'll be sure to send them plenty of needy text messages

12. Eventually you'll need to eat something.

12. And when YOU get the urge to go home, your friends make sure you're motivated to stay out.

13. By the end of the day, you've done your fair share of dancing with people you don't know.

14. And happily watching other people be just as sloppy as you are.

15. So it's time to head home.

16. But walking home with your friends may not be the easiest task.

17. When you get home the first thing you want to do is make food. Even if you may not be totally capable of doing that.

18. Then it starts to set in just how many green drinks you consumed today.

19. But it's okay, because all in all, it was a great day!

I think the hardest thing about going away to college is figuring out how to become an adult. Leaving a household where your parents took care of literally everything (thanks, Mom!) and suddenly becoming your own boss is overwhelming. I feel like I'm doing a pretty good job of being a grown-up, but once in awhile I do something that really makes me feel like I'm #adulting. Twenty-somethings know what I'm talking about.

I went to a small high school, like 120-people-in-my-graduating-class small. It definitely had some good and some bad, and if you also went to a small high school, I’m sure you’ll relate to the things that I went through.

1. If something happens, everyone knows about it

Who hooked up with whom at the party? Yeah, heard about that an hour after it happened. You failed a test? Sorry, saw on Twitter last period. Facebook fight or, God forbid, real fight? It was on half the class’ Snapchat story half an hour ago. No matter what you do, someone will know about it.

Chandler Bing

I'm assuming that we've all heard of the hit 90's TV series, Friends, right? Who hasn't? Admittedly, I had pretty low expectations when I first started binge watching the show on Netflix, but I quickly became addicted.

Without a doubt, Chandler Bing is the most relatable character, and there isn't an episode where I don't find myself thinking, Yup, Iam definitely the Chandler of my friend group.

Working with the public can be a job, in and of itself. Some people are just plain rude for no reason. But regardless of how your day is going, always having to be in the best of moods, or at least act like it... right?

1. When a customer wants to return a product, hands you the receipt, where is printed "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" in all caps.

2. Just because you might be having a bad day, and you're in a crappy mood, doesn't make it okay for you to yell at me or be rude to me. I'm a person with feelings, just like you.

3. People refusing to be put on hold when a customer is standing right in front of you. Oh, how I wish I could just hang up on you!

RBF, or resting b*tch face, is a serious condition that many people suffer from worldwide. Suffers are often bombarded with daily questions such as "Are you OK?" and "Why are you so mad?" If you have RBF, you've probably had numerous people tell you to "just smile!"
