If you're from New England, you know how great it is.

We have Boston and New York City. We have the best food, the best of both worlds; city and countryside, but yet, we have one downfall.

The unpredictably of our weather.

Every resident of New England knows that the weather in New England is a slippery slope, an emotional roller coaster, a heart breaker. The one season that is the most up and down is spring. While spring in most places is a time of warmth and sunshine, here in New England you can expect a warm sunny day first and a cold snowy nor'easter the next day.

You have all gone through the following process if you're from New England:

1. There's the miserably cold winter.

Long gone are the summer days and warm weather. You freeze every single day. All it does is snow and there's no hope in sight. It's so dark early and you feel like going to bed at 5 p.m. because, why not? It's pitch black outside.

2. Groundhog Day.

It was already a long and awful winter. Now, it's the end of January and you're relying on the little animal to come out of its hole and restore your faith. You wait to see if Phil sees his shadow or not, but you know it has no bearing whatsoever because Mother Nature is in control.

3. The first nice day.

Then it comes: the first warm glimmer of sunlight. It burns at first, but then you find yourself rejoicing. Everyone is outside feeling the spring fever, but just you wait; it's about to be torn away.

4. SNOW STORM.

Just like that, it's gone. All of a sudden, you're surrounded by 10-in. of snow and you're just begging Mother Nature to relax and let it be spring.

5. A glimpse of hope; another warm day.

It's warm again some way, some how. Now, you spring the clocks forward and you're ready for spring to begin.

6. Just when you think it's OK to put away the snow boots, there's another crazy snow storm.

Just kidding! There's another snow storm happening. Don't retire those snow boots just yet, folks. You'll need them to walk through the next 10-in. that we are getting.

7. Warm weather finally comes and stays.

Finally, the weather begins to warm and stay. You're grateful to be able to walk outside and feel the sun on your face.

8. Spring isn't as pretty as you thought.

Although spring is filled with beautiful warm weather, you cant forget all the mud from the melting snow.

9. It rains. All. The. Time.

Like monsoon amounts of rain, but spring showers bring may flowers (just keep telling yourself that).

10. Finally, its nice spring weather.

It's wonderful, it's magical; the world is amazing, colorful and bright.

11. Then it gets really hot.

You sweat and melt all the time, but you love New England no matter what because it's the absolute best place to be.

18 Things I Want To Do Now That I'm 18

I'm technically an adult, so I'm legally required to live a little, right?

For the entirety of my high school career, I was always seen as the goody-two-shoes. I never got in trouble with a teacher, I kept stellar grades, and when I wasn't doing extracurricular activities, I was at home studying. Even when I did go out, it was usually with a bunch of fellow band geeks. The night would end before 11:00 PM and the only controversial activity would be a fight based on who unfairly won a round of Apples-to-Apples when someone else clearly had a better card (I promise I'm not still holding a grudge).

Now that I'm officially an adult, I want to pursue some new things. I want to experience life in a way that I never allowed myself to do prior to entering college. These are the years that I'm supposed to embark on a journey of self-discovery, so what better way to do that than to create a bucket list?

I've been super busy lately with school work, studying, etc. Besides the fact that I do nothing but AP chemistry and AP economics, I constantly think of stupid questions that are almost impossible to answer. So, maybe you could answer them for me, and if not then we can both wonder what the answers to these 15 questions could be.
