Don't you think it's time for Spongebob and Squidward to move on to a new career? The Krusty Krab gave them amazing experience, but they need a change of pace. Maybe one that serves coffee? Let's see how they're liking their new job.

"Spongebob, what do you think you're doing?" Squidward said as steam came from the espresso machine.

"Look, Squidward! I can make clouds, and then they disappear!"

"Stop, you idiot! That's for steaming the milk."

Spongebob turned it off and poured milk into a steaming pitcher. He put it under the steam wand and pulled the handle. A loud hissing noise started, and Spongebob and Squidward both jumped.

"Turn it off you moron, you don't know how to do it!" Squidward said.

Spongebob brought the pitcher lower, the wand at the top of the milk. He started taking the pitcher out, and hot milk splattered everywhere, covering the syrup bottles and bar counter. He turned to Squidward who had dots of milk on his face, neck, and apron.

"Squidward, why are you covered in milk?"

"Because of you! You never listen! Look at this place."

"Oops… Let me get that."

"No, just let me do it. Go on the register."

"But Squidward, I’m never on the register."

"Then start today!"

Spongebob stood at the register, waiting for customers.

"Welcome to Starbucks, how may I… Patrick? What are you doing here?"

"Uhhh yeah, I'll take three Krabby Patties please."

"Patrick, can’t you see, this is a coffee shop, not the Krusty Krab," Squidward said.

"Oh, hey Squidward! Spongebob!?" Patrick was beaming. "What's 'CAW-FEE'?"

"It's that drink that makes you all jittery!" Spongebob said.

“Oooh! I want to feel all jittery. I’ll take five.”

“Oh no, you don’t.” Squidward stopped Spongebob from taking Patrick’s order. “Both you maniacs are jittery enough without it. Patrick, go home.”

“Aw, okay. See you later, Spongebob!”

“Bye, Pat!”

“Hi Sandy!” Spongebob saw her approach.

“Well hey there, Spongebob! I’ll take a venti iced caramel macchiato made with whole milk, extra vanilla, and extra caramel drizzle. Just like I drank it back in Texas.”

“Coming right up!” Spongebob pumped the vanilla eight times and put the cup under the espresso machine.

“Stop! The shots go over the milk,” Squidward said.

Spongebob acted fast, removed the cup, and put the shot glasses under the machine.

“Don’t be so hard on him, he’s still learning,” Sandy told Squidward.

“This is nothing like fry cooking,” Spongebob said.

Spongebob poured the whole milk, added the ice, and poured the shots over the top. He squeezed the caramel drizzle over the shots and placed a lid on the cup.

“Here you go, Sandy.”

“Thanks, buddy. You did a great job.” She walked out.

Larry the Lobster was next in line. “Hey boys, I didn’t know you got new jobs here. I’ll take a quad espresso.”

“Hi, Larry! Do you want milk in that?” Spongebob asked.

“Oh, no. I drink it straight. Need my energy for the big swim competition down at the Goo Lagoon.”

Spongebob handed him the espresso with no lid. Larry the Lobster downed it in one swig.

“Good luck! Spongebob shouted as Larry walked away.

As their shift ended, Spongebob and Squidward punched out at the time clock and went home for the day.

“See you tomorrow, Squidward!”

“Oh, great…”

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
