Split: The Next Movie You Should See In Theaters

Going to the movies is great. It is an opportunity to escape from the real world and jump into a new dimension of fantasy, action, and so much more. In my opinion, a good movie is one that makes a lasting impression and leaves me thinking about it long after it is over. Split met these requirements and was a perfect combination of suspense, drama, and humor.

This psychological thriller is about three girls who are kidnapped by a man diagnosed with 23 multiple personalities. You may assume this story qualifies as a "classic" scary movie, but contrary to its impression, it delves much deeper into the psychological disorder; giving the movie an interesting twist.

Split, directed by M. Night Shyamalan is the sequel to Unbreakable, starring Bruce Willis. James McAvoy, portrayed Kevin Wendell, among his other personalities. Known primarily for his roles in the recent X-Men movies, as well as in Becoming Jane, Chronicles of Narnia, and Atonement; McAvoy's performance was outstanding and demonstrated incredible skill in the way that he captured all 23 personalities (and a possible 24th).

Treat yourself and visit your nearest movie theater to check out Split...and maybe bring a friend for moral support.

And that leaves those of us with these names in many awkward situations.

But anthropology majors definitely have our weird sides, especially when you go to a school that is filled with mostly Business and Bio majors. But us weirdos definitely have a lot in common, specifically these 16 things.

pale girl

Everyone has insecurities, that's just a fact. You didn't ask to be born this way. You didn't ask to inherit the one trait no one else in your family has. And you definitely didn't ask to be this ghostly white. But as soon as you've learned to live with it for a while (less wrinkles later on in life, right? right???) someone has to ruin it for you. They have to flaunt they're perfectly tanned body from Spring Break and hold their sun-kissed skin against yours. But I've had enough... here are the things that perpetually pale individuals are tired of hearing.
