We all have that special saying we say to our significant other, right? "I love you the most" is mine.
"But I love you the mostest," which isn't even a word, is what he replies. It's crazy how you say it to one another each day, and pretty much arguing about how much you love one another.
Love is such a strong word and means so many things.
When I met him in the eighth grade, I just thought he was some guy. But then once we started texting, he became mine. Dating all throughout high school, thinking we were just a fling, but now looking back, it was a real thing. Now, we're in college, and have had a few ups and downs but whose relationship is perfect? For the past five years, he's made me love him the most.
But here are a few reasons why "I love you the most" is our thing.
I love you the most because you're always sweet to me.
I love you the most because you make me laugh when I'm sad.
I love you the most because I beat you in every game of basketball and tennis we play.
I love you the most because you take me to Sakura.
I love you the most because you were my first love and my forever and always.
I love you the most because you haven't ever given up on me.
I love you the most because you make me a better person.
I love you the most because you will spend an hour in T.J. Maxx with me.
I love you the most because you take me hunting.
I love you the most because you send me flowers.
I love you the most because you say one day we will get married. When that day comes, I will be the happiest woman in the whole world.
Wait for the one who makes you feel special and loved in so many ways. So I tell you my story for a reason. To inspire you to fall in love the way I have.
Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. 1 Corinthians 13:4-74
