There's nothing that reminds you of summer quite like the tunes you find yourself bumping during the year's hottest months. From music you'll play while relaxing on the beach to summer party anthems to the songs you'll have stuck in your head for years to come, your summer playlist should have it all.

Getting tired of the typical summer songs you're hearing on the radio? Looking for a fun way to expand your musical horizons into another culture? Adding some classic Spanish jams to your summer playlist will undoubtedly take your dance parties and car karaoke sessions to the next level.

1. El Taxi - Osmani Garcia ft. Pitbull

This song might be one of my all time favorites. Featuring Mr. Worldwide himself, Pitbull, "El Taxi" is nothing short of an all-around great song to get you hyped for a night out in the summer. There's even a Spanglish version ft. Lil Jon if that's more your style!

2. Bailando - Enrique Iglesias ft. Descemer Bueno, Gente De Zona

Enrique Iglesias, another king of the Spanish music world, sings this timeless Spanish classic that you cannot escape on a night out in Spain. You can't even escape it during the daytime as it seems to be the only song any street musicians know. Regardless, "Bailando" is a great song to add to any summer playlist.

3. Hasta el Amanecer - Nicky Jam

Nicky Jam's "Hasta el Amanecer" features fun lyrics and a laid back, yet still dancable beat. This song's casual playfulness makes it a perfect song for the soundtrack to your summer.

4. Vivir Mi Vida - Marc Anthony

"Vivir Mi Vida" is a classic. No questions asked. We all need more Marc Anthony in our lives. Add this to your playlist. Trust me.

5. La La La - Shakira

You can't talk about Spanish pop hits without paying homage to Shakira. Shakira has so many incredible hits that will add some energy into any summer playlist, but "La La La" is an irrefutable banger.

6. El Perdón - Nicky Jam with Enrique Iglesias

This emotional track from Nicky Jam and Enrique Iglesias is another inescapable standard of Spanish nightlife. "El Perdón" is always a crowd pleaser and will be a great way to slow down your summer playlist.

7. Bon, Bon - Pitbull

Everything Pitbull has ever dropped has been a perfect summer jam. "Bon, Bon" is no exception.

8. Como Yo Le Doy - Pitbull ft. Don Miguelo

You really just can't have enough Pitbull on your playlist. "Como Yo Le Doy" is another great party standard from Mr. Worldwide that fits in with any summer playlist.

9. Duele el Corazón - Enrique Iglesias ft. Wisin

"Duele el Corazón" is one of Enrique Iglesias' newest releases and proves that he will always be able to produce chart topping summer hits.

10. Andas En Mi Cabeza - Chino y Nacho ft. Daddy Yankee

This track from Chino y Nacho featuring Daddy Yankee is a great way to add some upbeat sweetness to your summer playlist.

11. La Mordidita - Ricky Martin

Ricky Martin's voice melts my heart faster than the summer sun can melt my ice cream. Get this song on your summer playlist ASAP.

12. Messin' Around - Pitbull with Enrique Iglesias

Two members of the Spanish pop royal court team up on this English track and do not disappoint. Not trying to add another language to your playlist? "Messin' Around" might be a great way to add some Spanish flavor to your summer playlist while still understanding all of the lyrics.

11 Things Summer Nannies Can Relate To

As a college student, being a nanny over the summer is both enjoyable and challenging. Underneath the seemingly perfect trips to the pool or countless hours spent playing Monopoly are the obstacles that only nannies will understand. Trading in your valuable summer vacation in return for three months spent with a few children less than half your age may seem unappealing, but so many moments make it rewarding. For my fellow summer nannies out there, I know you can relate.

If it hurts now, it'll hurt again. Not because you're gullible or naive, only because you fall fast, hard, and you do it every time.

We fall each and every time with the complete and utter confidence that someone will be there to catch us. Now that person we SWORE we were never going to fall for has our hearts, and every time we see them our palms start sweating. The butterflies in our stomach start to soar and our hearts are entirely too close to bursting out of our chests.

Growing up I have always wanted to own a horse. My grandparents own a well known equestrian facility in Georgia, so I have been riding since I was born. A bond between a person and their horse is a bond so strong that it cannot be broken. Everywhere I went I wanted to be around horses, even forcing my family to go on trail rides during vacations. Horses have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember has taught me great responsibility, as well as 14 things that all equestrians can relate to.

College is super hard. Between working, studying, and having a social life, it feels like a struggle to just keep afloat.

I understand. When you feel like your drowning and there's no way to stay afloat I understand that it feels like everyone else is doing just fine. I understand all the frustration, long nights in the library, and that feeling that you want to just throw in the towel. I understand that sometimes it's too hard to get out of bed because your brain is already filled with too much information to remember. I understand because I am also feeling pretty burnt out.

No Matter How Challenging School Gets, You Have To Put Your Health First — A Degree Won't Mean Anything If You're Dead

Some of the best advice I've ever received was from my social studies teacher in sophomore year of high school. He stated, "If you don't know it at midnight, you're not going to know it for the 8 a.m. exam, so get some sleep."

It's such a simple piece of advice, but it holds so much accuracy and it's something that the majority of college students need to hear and listen to. "All-nighters" are a commonality on college campuses in order to cram in studying for an exam that is typically the next day.
