Alright guys, what a better time to talk about songs that make us fall in love with our nation? This has been an exciting week as we welcome a new era of presidential power. However many don't see it that way, and like always, music can change that. Change is never easy but sometimes change is what we need ( actually alot of change is what we need.) In the midst of all I would like to make a list of songs that will make you feel what you should feel for our great and beautiful nation. So check these songs out as we prepare to drain the swamp.
1.) "American Soldier" by Toby Keith
This song always brings a tear to my eye. Just the thought of how much our military gives up to serve a nation that just throws it in their faces.
2.) "Courtesy of the Red, White, and Blue" by Toby Keith
Yeah, I know what you are thinking. It's just another country song and another one by Toby Keith. Well he is just a very patriotic man.
3.) "One Hell of an Amen" by Brantley Gilbert
This son, all I can say is wow. I love this song so much. once again I know you are going to be annoyed with me saying this but, God bless our military.
4.) "Born in the USA" by Bruce Springsteen
If this song doesn't make you love the land you live in then there is no hope for you. Everything about it screams America. For all of the younger generation I strongly encourage you to listen to this song.
5.) "Soldiers" by Otherwise
I have included this song for the love of music a little darker, a little harder, and a little more like Hinder. This song is absolutely great.
6.) "Where Were You When The World Stopped Turning" by Alan Jackson
Wow, this song. This song makes me just absolutely soft and makes me crumble. Just to think of what happened on 9/11.
7.) "I Drive Your Truck" by Lee Brice
This song explains itself. The pain and service that our military families have to deal with is pretty rough. I thank God every day for mothers that give their sons to fight for our freedom. America owes them so much more than we could ever repay. Thank you mothers, brothers, sisters, wives, and children.
8.) "God Bless The USA" by Lee Greenwood
Last but not least. This is a song that is as new in each generation as the last. You know that car or watch that has been passed down from your father who got it from his father? Yeah, that is this song. Every time I hear this song I feel proud. So proud that I sometimes break down.
In closing I would like to charge every American reading this to stick with us. It is time that we stand up and stop being little immature brats. Get up off of your excuses and be an American or leave this country. You have every right to not like this article. You have every right not to like our government. However, you DO NOT get to disrespect this great nation without consequences. I will end this article before I go too in depth with my anger towards the true "deplorables." I will end with this, to our military, thank you for your service. To our veterans, I have much love for you as well, thank you for all you have done. Lastly, to our law-enforcement and emergence service personal- thank you for all you do for us on a day to day bases. With that I say God Bless America.
