When you go to a small college, things might be a little different from the Snapchat Stories you see from other schools....

1. Cultural Appropriation is one of your top concerns

I mean Sexy Native American…. REALLY, really?

2. Everyone you see at parties will be in your 9am on Monday, so do you really want to wear that bra??

Maybe more this type of bra...

3. Hearing how many costumes are required for Halloweek hurts both your liver, grades, and wallet.

Aren’t you supposed to be a broke college student?

4. When you try to be funny and not so sexy

The real winner is the one without goosebumps!

5. When you think about actual Trick-or-Treating rather than partying on Monday night.

It is a school night after all.

Ah, yes, good old Hauppauge. We are that town in the dead center of Long Island that barely anyone knows how to pronounce unless they're from the town itself or live in a nearby area. Hauppauge is home to people of all kinds. We always have new families joining the community but honestly, the majority of the town is filled with people who never leave (high school alumni) and elders who have raised their kids here. Around the town, there are some just some landmarks and places that only the people of Hauppauge will ever understand the importance or even the annoyance of.
