There's nothing wrong with going all-out for Halloween, but sometimes having a simple costume is the best way to go.

Here are six simple costume ideas, for the minimalist in us all.

1. A mouse, duh

Giphy

This is such an obvious choice, but come on... its a CLASSIC. Mean Girls is always a go-to. Get your tail and ears here. Don't forget Karen's iconic, long, silver earrings.

2. Anyone From "The Office"

If you slight resemble anyone from the popular sitcom, "The Office," you can easily dress in some work clothes and slap on a name tag. Couples commonly dress as Pam & Jim.

3. A Butterfly

Giphy

You might catch me dressing as a butterfly this year. This is such an easy costume. All you need are some black clothes and some butterfly wings. Get your wings here!

4. A Broke College Student

Giphy

If you're like me, you can just roll out of bed, grab your backpack, a pack of ramen noodles, and you'll be all set.

5. A Unicorn

Giphy

The best, and easiest, way to become a unicorn, is with the use of a comfortable onesie. This costume probably takes a total of 2 minutes to put on. I would honestly wear this, year round... LOL! Click here to find your size

6. A Juul or Juul Pods

I think this idea is absolutely hilarious. Sorry, mom.

Just wear some black pants, and a black or colorful shirt, depending on whether you want to be a juul or a pod. You might also want to add a hat of the same color.

Everyone who is in college right now, or has ever been, knows the struggle of pulling in the strings at the last second. It seems impossible, and you have to do a LOT of things in order to assure your future for the next semester.

April Ludgate, historically, is a very annoyed person, and she doesn't hide it. Of all the times that I binged and re-binged "Parks and Rec," her attitude relates more and more to me.

To The Cheerful Person On Their Rainy Days, You Are Valid

The world is not always sunshine and rainbows, and you do not have to be, either.

Ask friends of mine to name a quality about me, and one a lot them will point out the fact that I am almost always smiling. I like to laugh and smile -- not to quote Buddy the Elf in April, but smiling is my favorite! It is probably my favorite go-to expression. However, what a lot of people do not see is that I have my down days. I have days when smiling and laughing is a real struggle, or when I have so much on my plate that going out of my way to behappy takes more effort than I have stored in me. Be it a symptom of college and growing up or a facet of life, I cannot always be content.
