13 Signs You're Over This Semester

1. You roll out of bed at the last possible second.

2. And are often late because of this.

3. You stopped caring about what you wear to class.

4. You are behind on your reading for more than one class and don't plan on catching up until the test rolls around.

5. You leave your homework to the last possible minute.

6. You keep track of the days of the week by what TV show is on.

7. Or by reasons to drink (Tequila Tuesday, Wine Wednesday, Thirsty Thursday, etc).

8. You've considered dropping one or more classes because you just can't anymore.

9. You start calculating the lowest possible grades you can receive to still pass the class.

10. You are mentally kicking yourself for choosing classes that start before noon.

11. You start strategically planning when to use your unexcused absences.

12. And try to come up with reasons for getting excused ones.

13. Your priorities have changed.

As people ages 18-22, we’re just trying to figure out what we’re doing with our lives, our careers, our eating habits, exercise routines, sleep patterns, and other necessities for adult life. We definitely don’t take proper care of ourselves; it’s basically impossible when we have essays, tests and readings due and somehow we’re supposed to eat right, exercise and sleep. We’re doomed to get sick. I have zero experience in science but when I get sick there are certain things I do to make myself better.
