Stubbornness was in my genes before I came out of the womb. I always refused to give up easily or admit that I was wrong since I was a little girl. Although it has allowed me to be outspoken about my personal opinions to others, it's also been a major block into coming to term with my feelings regarding guys. Meaning, I'm just too prideful to admit that I like someone or might want someone to be a part of my life. I never thought anyone could crack my tough walls or make me want to be with someone because it would require tons of patience. That was, until my boyfriend now.

Here are 4 major signs you're into him, but are too stubborn to admit that you are.

1. He's on your mind frequently

You'll often find your mind wandering to what he's doing or your last conversation with him. If you find yourself thinking about him during class when you should be paying attention, it should be a HUGE sign because not anyone can have your attention like that.

2. You feel weird

You'll feel flustered when his name comes up in conversation and your stomach will feel kinda twisted when you see him or you know you're going to see him. Point is, you'll be having a ton of different feelings all over, but try not to feel too overwhelmed.

3. You get upset whenever you guys are "fighting"

Everyone gets upset whenever they're fighting with anyone, but fighting is also a very loose term. Meaning you get incredibly upset when you get into a ridiculous disagreement or you feel like they're being distant with you over something you said that you didn't mean. I had to get into a fight about unicorns—yes, you heard that correctly—with my present boyfriend to realize my true feelings and the ridiculousness of us not being together.

4. You smile whenever he's involved

Whether it be a "how's your day going" text or a group hangout, you get all happy and giddy knowing he cares or he's going to be at a party you're going to. He's able to make you uncontrollably smile with just a few words. Believe it or not, not everyone has that effect on you.

I think the hardest thing about going away to college is figuring out how to become an adult. Leaving a household where your parents took care of literally everything (thanks, Mom!) and suddenly becoming your own boss is overwhelming. I feel like I'm doing a pretty good job of being a grown-up, but once in awhile I do something that really makes me feel like I'm #adulting. Twenty-somethings know what I'm talking about.

I went to a small high school, like 120-people-in-my-graduating-class small. It definitely had some good and some bad, and if you also went to a small high school, I’m sure you’ll relate to the things that I went through.

1. If something happens, everyone knows about it

Who hooked up with whom at the party? Yeah, heard about that an hour after it happened. You failed a test? Sorry, saw on Twitter last period. Facebook fight or, God forbid, real fight? It was on half the class’ Snapchat story half an hour ago. No matter what you do, someone will know about it.

Chandler Bing

I'm assuming that we've all heard of the hit 90's TV series, Friends, right? Who hasn't? Admittedly, I had pretty low expectations when I first started binge watching the show on Netflix, but I quickly became addicted.

Without a doubt, Chandler Bing is the most relatable character, and there isn't an episode where I don't find myself thinking, Yup, Iam definitely the Chandler of my friend group.

Working with the public can be a job, in and of itself. Some people are just plain rude for no reason. But regardless of how your day is going, always having to be in the best of moods, or at least act like it... right?

1. When a customer wants to return a product, hands you the receipt, where is printed "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" in all caps.

2. Just because you might be having a bad day, and you're in a crappy mood, doesn't make it okay for you to yell at me or be rude to me. I'm a person with feelings, just like you.

3. People refusing to be put on hold when a customer is standing right in front of you. Oh, how I wish I could just hang up on you!
