1. 24/7 Competition
From the moment that you were told to start sharing you began competing with your siblings, and no matter how old you get it seems like you will always be competing for something with them.
2. Sharing everything
If you grew up with several siblings you learned early on that sharing is important and apart of any healthy relationship, however sharing everything isn't always easy (and is rarely ever fun).
3. Jealousy
A little jealously can be healthy in a relationship, but your siblings are always there to keep you in check (and help you back up).
4. Car trips are never boring
From singing show tunes or Disney to frantically fighting for the best seat or snacks car trips are rarely ever dull (or optional).
5. Getting ready in the morning can be interesting
Between people getting ready for work, kids getting ready for school, cooking breakfast and packing lunches within a relatively small space, what could go wrong.
6. There is no such thing as TMI
When you live with seven other people there is rarely ever privacy.
7. Hiding your favorite food
Just because you called dibs on those crackers at the store doesn't mean no one will eat them behind your back. This specifically goes double for any left overs that you might be saving.
8. Babysitting
If you're one of the older children baby sitting could be a cheaper alternative to actually hiring a baby sitter, however it might not always be the safest thing to do.
9. Giving advice
If you are like me, several years older than one of your siblings (12 and 15 years to be exact), then they might come to you for advice.
10. But no one else can mess with them but you
No matter what you say or sometimes think about your siblings if anyone besides you starts to mess with them it is all out war.
11. Family love
You will love your siblings no matter how terrible they can seem growing up.
12. Threatening them nonchalantly
Even if you spent most of your childhood threatening each other behind your parental guardian's back.
