We've all done it - accidentally watched an entire season (or series) of a show in a very short amount of time. I don't know about you, but I am always looking for something new to watch. Here are some ideas so you don't get stuck watching "Friends" for the 38th time...

P.S. All of these shows can be found either on Netflix or Hulu for your enjoyment. Happy streaming!

1. The Handmaid's Tale

Giphy

Based on a book of the same name, this show is a look into a dystopian society where the handmaids are misused for their ability to bear children. Definitely worth checking out!

2. Jane the Virgin

Giphy

This show is where soap opera meets telenovela - in other words, it's HILARIOUS! It follows Jane, who is still a virgin, but becomes pregnant due to a medical mishap. Gina Rodriguez is phenomenal, so if you haven't seen it, get to watching!

3. One Tree Hill

Giphy

The Scott brothers are classic #goals. This is an old one, but worth a watch for those who have never seen it!

4. New Girl

Giphy

With great characters and excellent comedy, New Girl is one of my top picks. Join Jess as she navigates her way through living with three guys and making it as a teacher!

5. Riverdale

Giphy

Riverdale brings the old Archie comics to life. It's a thriller about the mysterious happenings in the town of Riverdale and the teens who try to solve the mysteries. Check this one out!

6. Stranger Things

Giphy

If you haven't seen this show yet, where have you been?! In a throwback to the 1980s, something strange (pun intended) happens in the town of Hawkins, Indiana. Follow Mike, Dustin, Lucas, and Eleven as they try to find out what happened to Will.

7. Gossip Girl

Giphy

This is another old one, but it never stops being good. The Upper East Side is full of secrets, but Gossip Girl, an anonymous blogger, is ready to reveal them all. Make your guess - who do you think is Gossip Girl?

8. Reign

Giphy

This is one for all the history buffs. It tells the story of Mary, Queen of Scots, and her political engagement with the prince of France. Getting to see history come to life is interesting to watch, so definitely check it out!

9. Gilmore Girls

Giphy

Get to know the Gilmores, a mother and daughter duo who can quote way too many movies, drink enough coffee to keep you awake for 2 months straight, and have the most fun. Plus, they just did a revival season, so you don't want to miss that!

10. Imposters

Giphy

If you like fast-paced dramas, you will love Imposters. When his wife disappears and cons him out of all his money, he tries to track her down and find out what really happened. I highly recommend this one, so go out and watch it!

11. Black-ish

Giphy

This is a really funny show which deals with a lot of important topics, especially ones involving race. Plus, they just released a spin-off called Grown-ish, which streams on Freeform. Check them both out!

12. This Is Us

Giphy

This Is Us was the show that completely wrecked America this past year. Watch to see what love, family, grief, and hope look like. With phenomenal casting, I would recommend this show to everyone I know. Go check it out before the new season comes out this fall!

13. Parenthood

Giphy

Another family-centered show, Parenthood has many different storylines woven together to create a wonderful picture of a big family. You will love the Bravermans, there is no doubt about it, so give this one a shot!

14. Scandal

Giphy

Olivia Pope is a DC fixer, specifically for the President. She and her crew handle all sorts of scandals, all over Washington. I will warn you, though, the show gets kind of dark as it gets farther along, so be prepared. Overall, though, this is a very good show, especially if you like courtroom drama types.

15. The Fosters

Giphy

Follow Callie, a foster kid who has been in and out of juvie, as she and her brother find home with the Adams-Fosters. This show deals with a lot of important issues, but overall shows that love is what makes a family, not just blood.

Christmas Tree
History.com

Now that Halloween is over, it's time to focus on the Holiday Season. Don't get me wrong, I think Thanksgiving is great and can't wait for it, but nothing gives me greater joy than watching Freeform's 25 Days of Christmas, lighting peppermint scented candles, decking the halls, and baking gingerbread cookies. So while we approach the greatest time of the year, let's watch the 15 best Christmas movies of all time.

6 Signs You Are An English Major

There are various stereotypes about college students, most of which revolve around the concept of your major. Unfortunately, we often let stereotypes precede our own judgments, and we take what information is immediately available to us rather than forming our own opinions after considerable reflection. If I got a dollar for every time my friends have made a joke about my major I could pay my tuition. One stereotype on campus is the sensitive, overly critical and rigid English major. Here are six telltale signs you are one of them.

27 Things 'The Office' Has Taught Us

"The Office" is a mockumentary based on everyday office life featuring love triangles, silly pranks and everything in between. It can get pretty crazy for just an average day at the office.

When you were little, your parents probably told you television makes your brain rot so you wouldn't watch it for twelve straight hours. However, I feel we can learn some pretty valuable stuff from television shows. "The Office," while a comedy, has some pretty teachable moments thrown in there. You may not know how to react in a situation where a co-worker does something crazy (like put your office supplies in jello) but thanks to "The Office," now you'll have an idea how to behave ifsomething like that should happen.

Here are just a few of the things that religious Office watchers can expect to learn.

Being pre-med is quite a journey. It’s not easy juggling school work, extracurricular activities, volunteering, shadowing, research, and MCAT prep all at the same time. High School And College Sucked All Of The Fun Out Of Reading

Books were always about understanding for me, about learning the way someone else sees, about connection.

High School And College Sucked All Of The Fun Out Of Reading

I keep making this joke whenever the idea of books is brought up: "God, I wish I knew how to read." It runs parallel to another stupid phrase, as I watch my friends struggle through their calculus classes late at night in our floor lounge: "I hope this is the year that I learn to count." They're both truly idiotic expressions, but, when I consider the former, I sometimes wonder if there's some truth to it.
