1. "Gilmore Girls"
Lose yourself in Lorelai and Rory's rollercoaster of a life that takes place in Storybook, Connecticut. Each episode leaves you ready to hit next on your TV, prepare the all-nighters. You will find yourself comparing things that happen to the girls to your own life. "Gilmore Girls" was finished filming in 2007, but don't fret. Netflix has got our back once again and is producing four 90-minute episodes to heal whatever sores were left in the end.
2. "Gossip Girl"
Everyone has heard of "Gossip Girl" at some point, whether it was Blair Waldorf's Queen B attitude, or Serena Van Der Woodsen's killer looks (and even hotter boyfriends.) The New York City high school clique will leave you wondering if they ever went through an awkward middle school phase. "Gossip Girl" has finished filming, but trust me as soon as you finish all six seasons, you will want to restart them and watch it all over again.
3. "Grey's Anatomy"
McDreamy, McSteamy—do I really need to say more? Follow the lives of "Grey's Anatomy" characters as they start out as interns and work their way up in the hospital life. WARNING: There will be lots and lots of tears, and you will also think that you can perform open brain surgery.
4. "One Tree Hill"
This show is so hard to explain because once you watch it you feel as though you are in Tree Hill, North Carolina with them. You do not feel like an outsider—you feel as though you are apart of their clique cheering on Nathan and Lucas as they play on the basketball court. Brooke will give you all of the feels and make you reevaluate things you are doing in your life, because for a girl who doesn't always have it all together, she seems to have all of the answers. Prepare the tissue box, sit back with some popcorn and say goodbye to your weekend.
5. "Friends"
After you finish this series, there is no doubt that you will be wishing your friends are half as good as these. Watch as the group of friends struggle to live in Manhattan as they try to figure out what they are doing with their lives. Watch everything unfold during all nine seasons on Netflix, you may want to include a bottle of wine.
