21 TV Shows Netflix Should Add BEFORE All Of The Harry Potter Movies

There has been word lately that all of the Harry Potter movies will be arriving to Netflix. We all know Netflix has gone downhill lately and, yes, adding the Harry Potter movies will make it better. But Netflix would be so much better off adding any (or all) of these shows before Harry Potter. Seriously, let's binge watch these shows before Harry Potter.
